My buddy's roommate was complain that his parents bought him a BMW X3 and how it is a "chick car". Yes he is 100% correct but I would be happy to have any car for free.

Sitting in the cafe trying to read and I have to listen to some whinny jew give investment "advice" to his fat bitch friend about buying real estate in Montreal.
He does not have a clue what he is talking, and then I have to hear some 19 year old girl say "I want something in Old Montreal or St. Laurent".
Bitch, you even said your parents are buying it for you so STFU.

The dumbest thing is why would one buy a condo in MTL? The monthly mortgage will be about 25-50% more than rent for a comparable place, the property and school board taxes will be $2K, and the condo won't appreciate in real terms because there is zero economy in MTL and a huge glut of condos.

I went to school with a ****ed up spoiled brat with rich parents. They bought him a car as soon as he got his licencse, and he was the biggest asshole bully in the school.

When he got a job with cisco systems as one of the top in charge of the company they moved into a gated community in the bay area. But the thing is when she went to school she wouldnt tell anyone where she lived till finally oneday her friends came over and were like WOW you live here!

Montreal is only building condo's now. It's messed up. They are renovating old warehouses to be conod's/lofts now. I would never buy a condo. Biggest scam imo.

have to agree there are alot of new condos going up in my area. When you do the math they can cost 400-500 per square foot plus condo fees and then we have the new HST coming in so your fees are gonna be even higher. I don't know how anyone can justify the price of a condo when you can buy a resale home thats much bigger has a decent lot and is in good shape for less$$$

To them thats normal. i did a horse show last year and one of the riders 17yrs old was pissed because daddy cut her weekly allowance from 100,000 to 25,000 week

I experienced something very similar to this story. The biggest rich bitch i knew got beat up at school when the police came and her parents got asked questions, they pretty much gave the same speech, "I don't know why anyone would want to hurt her, she's the nicest girl" Karma's a bitch for sure!
