This is a really good book that explains how to achieve amazing levels of training recovery and overall health through diet alone. Its not suitable for everyone as it is a vegetarian diet, but there is lots to be learned about amino acids, fats, and carbohydrates. Very good read for athletes of all levels, or anyone looking to improve their health / well being.

no link or just giving some details about it?

I've heard about it before too and it does seem fairly interesting from those who've told me about it. Vegetarian though... I'd go crrrazy! lol
