Look for a local Epicure representative and get a catalog. They have the best spices around, low sodium, no crap in them, just straight up goodness. I use the red garlic and Chili Lime spices on both steak and chicken tastes damn awesome!

You have to try roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning from clubhouse. I use it on my chicken and ground beef all the time. You can get it at pretty much and grocery store.

Here's what I like:

Dice 5oz chicken breast and throw it in with 1 cup rice and the seasoning (to taste) and two tsp of udo's oil or olive oil mix it up and your good to go. Veggies really add some flavour especially some diced tomatoes as the juice from them makes it really tasty.

pepper, oregano and garlic.. love it.. on anything. Pan fried mushrooms use majoram, its great. Chili pwder speeds up metabolism, so does cinnamon (good on certain squash's, sweet potatoes) Dill and lime or lemon juice on fish or cooked carrots and potatoes is great. And this ones a little like desert but maple surup and cinnamon is great on salmon. Fresh chives are good on anything as well.
