I figured I would keep a little journal over here... just for your amusement lol.
ok, so I am 14 weeks out from a BBing show. I also try to continue to dabble in StrongWoman event training every other weekend, but the last few weekends I have been busy. I hope to get out to throw some odd shaped objects around - maybe chuck a tire at one of the boys!
Currently, I am 137 pounds, not sure what my BF is at my present. Coach is in Chicago so he only gets to eyeball my pics. I will probably post pics every few weeks till I get closer to comp!
My diet has about 2 carb up days to target in on my weaker lagging areas, which would be my hams/back/triceps.
I will also be dabbling in bikram yoga starting this weekend. I have heard it is very pewk worthy so I am all for it.
Here are my starting pics - sorry they came in sort of crappy, I usually take them for my coach on sundays but had noone to take them except for the timer! Goal is to come in super peeled with very tightly conditioned legs. I rarely hit my core as they typically get diced up due to diet.
What else can I say? Actually I often wonder why I do this... I mean I love FOOD, lol. Anyone who knows me knows I can pack down a good size meal and pretty much outeat any guy, but I put it all in reserve to set a goal for myself. I should really just stick with StrongWoman as I totally have a big passion for it plus I can hit the ice cream shop :) , but my vanity takes over and I like to step foot on stage as well.
The day of comp really brings it all together... really gives you the reward of how all along the diet/training and posing antics have handed you a new ASS, pun intended !!!!!!!!!
