View Full Version : New cycle in a week. Test+Tren.

Hey guys, good to be here. Going to be starting a Test/Tren cycle here right away:puff. I'm 5'7", 185lbs, BF-No idea, maybe around 15%. I have done 5 previous cycles that included Test, Test+Dbol, Test/Deca. Hated the dbol and the deca. Made me so unbelievably bloated, even using an AI. Will be going with Tren E not Ace. I know that you guys will flame and tell me that I should run tren ace, so if I can't handle the sides, it will be out of my system quicker. I will be shooting e3d both. 425mg/wk Test Enanthate. 350mg/wk Tren Enanthate. I think that enanthate shot e3d will make for the most stable blood levels, and keep the side effects down. Will have letro on hand, also have caber.

I am not a bodybuilder, more of an average Joe. This is my workout right now.

Mon - Chest & Back
Chinups or Pulldowns
Bench Press
Bentover Rows
Incline Press
One Arm Rows
Fly or Peck Deck
Crunches
Leg Raises

Wednesday - Legs
Extensions
Leg Press
Squats
Leg Curls
Hyperextensions or Good Mornings.
Deadlifts
Standing Calves
One Leg Calves

Friday - Arms
Bentover Rear Fly
Standing Laterals
Upright Rows
Seated Shoulder Press
Barbell Preacher Curls
DB Alt Curls
Skull Crushers
Dips
Wrist Curls & Extensions

2-3 sets of 6-10 reps not including warmups. at least one set to failure.
Cardio 3-4 times a week for 45min.
Diet is right around 3500 Calories. 225g Protein, 150 Carb, 100 Fat.
All carbs come from whole grains or vegetables, except my post workout shake. All protien is lean chicken and tuna.
Been a long time trying to get back into shape after a long and hard injury.

Any input welcome guys.

at 700mg/wk tren ace
600mg wk test mix ( 100 e 100 cyp 100 prop ) .

honestly im not a fan of tren i dont know why...i like size better...i never really grow on it size wise just strength

You have to keep me updated on what the sides of that much trenA are. Whats your shot volumes like, are you using 100mg/ml or 200..

Im an uber fan of tren. I find it gives me insane size while totally recomping and maturing my muscle development. Eatting is a breeze becaue your always ****ing hungry. First time I experimented with tren, only ran it 4 weeks, didnt do cardio once, and with diet tweaks alone, lost 5%bf.. In 4 weeks. And people were still telling me, holy **** man your getting bigger everyday. The side effects are **** all. Maybe a little bit of ****ed up dreams and mowing shitlaods of sleeping pills, but its casual none-the less.

You sound like a bodybuilder to me, even if you're an "average joe bodybuilder":D. What else are you doing in the gym all those hours and later on injecting those hormones if not building your body?

Your cycle sounds good. I'm with with regard to Deca & Dbol.

I was thinking along the same lines but he did mention a serious injury. That may have came after a number of those cycles.

sounds well planned out, except that critical element of PCT. You should do well with it. For PCT i would recomment HCG, Nolva, aromasin and vitamin E. The tren WILL shut you down hard, you may want to consider running the HCG while on cycle to so your boys dont dissappear.

Test for 12 weeks
Tren for 10 weeks

Thanks for the support. But on a serious note. No weights, and an arm in a sling due to operations for two years is why I'm 185. Never been more than 198 but with 10%(Best ever). All cycles were before 2007. I'm trying guys.

Just clomid should be fine, no need for nolva. Run it with aromasin. Aromasin has an effect on LH secretion aswell which is moneeeey. If you start banging HCG about halfway through, you should definatly be fine. 500iu E4d. Simple.
Wicked bro, 130 to 180. Thats wicked. I can just picture you a lean bean with a one of those metabolisms that can mow mcdonalds all day and not put on a pound.

Was a long road, but as soon as I was working my bag off on a drilling rig all day the lean muscle just stacked on(along with some karachi sus first cycle went 132lbs to 168 in 12 weeks, then back down to a solid 158), and then just kept making slow gains eating whey by the barrell at work and such.

The reason some ppl like to run the HCG during that cycle is because tren is VERY suppressive. Your natty test WILL get shut off hard, and recovery takes longer because of it. HCG in low doses throughout the cycle (say, 500iu every 4 days) starting in about week 4 and run at least 3 weeks after your last injection will help prevent testicular atrophy as a result of HPTA suppression (hypothalamus, pituitary, testicular axis - a fine balance). When you come off the cycle, and then off the hcg 3 weeks later (which of course is run with nolva and perhaps aromasin after your last shot) you will be in better shape for faster recovery and HPTA balance. The nolva and aro would run 3-4 weeks longer than the HCG. This is the way i do it now. Its totally up to you, just a suggestion.

Hcg should not be run while running nolva/clomid. Hcg is supressive on your hpta aswell. Run it first, stop, 3 days later start nolva or clomid, or whatever you want.

I dissagree. Your running the nolva/aromasin with the HCG to help buffer its effects on natty test (and therefore estrogen) and to help keep you safe from being desensitized (although these doses prolly wont harm you). Your running them WHILE the juice runs out of your blood (3 weeks should do it) together for a synergistic effect. Think of it as Pre-PCT. Once the esters have left your blood, you just stick with the nolva and aromasin (or whatever AI you choose) far another 3 or 4 weeks or so. This is the PCT part.

And yes, HCG is suppressive also. Its a jumpstarter for your balls, not a solution to suppresion.

your a rare breed, most ppl like the nolva cause clomid makes em' moody. But if it works for you, stick to it!
