I am comtemplating Boldenone and/or Winstrol with Testosterone. Maybe just testosterone first. I am not looking for weight gains specifically. I am looking for lots of cardio, lots of power/strength. If I gain weight, well, that's all right, but like I said it isn't my focus. I would be looking for performance enhancing for sport, and well, just to be able to work harder and look better.
So, where do I get started? The gym? I don't want guys to think I am a cop or anything.

Tell us about your stats. Your training regime. Your diet. AAS is not always the best solution.
If you're dead set on getting gear, your gym is the safest place. Make friends with the biggest guys.
But if you want help on how to achieve your body gains, start by answering the above questions and we'll help you out :)

I should add: my current diet is not too strict. I probably carry an extra 5 to 10% bodyfat than I would like to carry. I do make sure to eat properly though. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, seafood. I should give up Beers though. I am just over 215lbs and 6 foot.
I have a decent build. 6 weeks of lots of cardio and strict diet and I am lean. I am not looking for a magic pill. I would not be looking to start my first cycle until about 6 weeks. I have a new program that I am going to do; the basic idea is go hard or go home. lol. If the results of my program are really good, I may not use performance enhancers. But, I would not mind the extra muscle and strength. I am looking to work hard. Both with and without any enhancement.
Cheers!

I do two endurance type of cardio runs per week right now. My goal is just to keep the legs going for 30 to 45 mins. Build strength and basically maintain a good cardio base. Then one session of sprint: hills or just 30 second fartlek. The hills are basically a time attack. if the first sprint was 1:30, then the next four I aim to be the same.
For strength, I do lots of bodyweight exercises. Chin-ups, push-ups, sit-ups (differing variations), dips, lunges, etc; also squats, deadlifts; military presses, bicep curls, tricep extensions. I also have a 16 lb sledgehammer I use to smash up a tire once a week. 4 sets of 10 per side. I aim for 4 to 5 sets. I do kettlebell snatches. Pretty much just basic work to maintain sporting performance (hockey).
Thanks!

I'm 30. Diet is pretty much nothing for breakfast. Peanut butter on whole wheat bread mid morning and mid afternoon. Bananas and fruits through the day. Lunch is tuna sub or chicken wraps. Supper is meat and potatoes pretty much. I do eat a lot of peanut butter. I am just beginning a new program, so breakfast will be added. Will be soft-boiled eggs with yogurt or something. I kinda been lazy lately, so I had enough of that.
My goals are athletic performance. So a base of muscle stamina with the ability to 'pop' into a higher gear. I play hockey. I am competitive, so just playing to play is not for me. Also, I play defense, so the ability to throw my weight around is pretty important; strength and power.
That's why I was thinking of EQ. High red blood cells, big strength gains without the mass. And of course, :hu is nice... :)

you say you do not want to gain weight, which I take as not wanting to build muscle.
You only want to feel better, look better, and be faster.
Tweak your diet, and most importantly, start eating breakfast, cut down the peanut butter a bit, introduce fat free carb free whey supplement, and just do your cardio thing and keep it up.
You do not need roids for what you want to do.

I was thinking that: that I don't need the roids. Although, I am not against muscle gains. A gain of 5 to 10 lbs would be nice, especially if it were at the same time as a loss of 5 to 10 lbs of fat.
What about butter and olive oil? Or fish oils? What is a good way to get those essential fatty acids?

flax seed oil is my personal fav for the oils and for sure get some oatmeal in there for breakfast bro IMO if you want to gain anything you need a diet change personally i like all of my meals to have at least 50 grams of protein in them and eat 6-7 times a day also i try to limit my sodium intake and not eat too much crap 2-3 whey shakes a day thrown in there and you will see a difference.

Eating alot of smaller meals instead of the big three are a great way to increase muscle as well as boost you Metabolism!
Also I've been told if you want to lose weight while pushing weights you should do more reps of a lighter weight. (not too light). If you've been doing sets of 10, 8 and 6 reps, you could try doing 18, 15, and 12 reps to get more toned and work on the stablizer muscles too. It might even help with your endurance, but I'm not sure.
Winny could help, but typically for a six week cycle only or at the end of a stack with possibly boldenone or tren. Boldenone is an easier injection though and easier sides.
Personally to lose fat. I'd focus on boosting your metabolism first! Hard work always pays off!

You might want to consider Primobolan, I find for the type of endurance training you're doing it's one of my favorites. The least sides, one of the safest drugs and it won't completely shut you down. therefore you can have a simple clomid or nolva only pct and keep most of your gains and not have a yo yo crash which you might experience from deca/test/bold if you don't follow a strict regime and pct. Just another option to consider.

the reality of the issue is getting muscle is about hard dedication. I have done it eating healthy and unhealthy.. its all about going to the gym/track and pushing yourself every time. results are guaranteed with hard ass effort. I find once I do hard hard training for about 3-4 months ill plateau, then get some juice!

Hey Bigg H, Im with Dozer on the oatmeal, You hafta force yourself to eat breakfast, you will get used to it and then it wont be nauseating at all. 5 to 6 small meals a day to increase your motabalizm, high protein medium carbs and low fats for now. I also play hockey and found that 500mg of test a week has given me that extra little boost and at the end of the game Im still going strong. Try to limit your beer intake to once a month if you can, and I never drink while on cycle. Get some good Isolate protien for post workout and try to get the rest of your protein from food like chicken breasts, lean cuts of steak, tuna, salmon... you gotta want it bro. JMO ~ BC
