I did dbol for the first 4 weeks of my 12 week cycle and had great results, week 1-2 was 30mg/day and 3-4 were 40mg/day. No side effects except mild lower back pumps after deads/squats.
I am planning on running a slightly higher dose 50/60mg/day for the last 4 weeks of my cycle and was wondering how important it is to split up your dose? I just took it pre workout for the first 4 weeks and like I said the results were good so is it worth splitting it up for the higher dose?

Ive heard many people say it doesnt really matter if you take it in small doses or not.Ive tried it both ways and didnt see a difference either,With that being i took the whole dose preworkout for that added pump in the gym

By the way i was taking 80mgs
i would split anything over 40mg into 2 doses.......not sure how anyone would tolerate 80mg of legit dbol in 1 dose but it takes all kinds!

yes it does take all kinds..im just one those guys who didnt feel the need to split doses even with dianabol having a half life of 4 hours or so.Plus hes only taking 40mgs.
On top of that he shouldnt take everything here as the holy grail.He should experiment with things.Maybe HE will find it better to split up--me i was just giving my personal expierience and what others i know have done with it..thats all:)

Yeah I deffinatly appreciate people sharing real world experience, the only thing I noticed at 40mgs was a massive jump in strength so im hoping that means I can tolerate a higher dose without to many sides.
I usally tried to take mine about 30min before I left for the gym cuz it made me feel like an animal as soon as I got the gym and had some weight in my hands.
I think you have a good point about just trying it both ways and seeing which works best, my big thing is I dont want to forget to take it so pre workout makes sure I always get it down and dont forget any doses.
What was the strength jump like for you at 80mgs? 40mgs put almost 40lbs on my bench and about 60lbs on my squat.

Im not a big mofo bro..i wasnt bashing you either,just being direct i guess.Thats why i hate typing shit on the computer.We often misinterpret emotions and stuff.But your right,alot of people have their preferences of what doses they should take.Me when it comes time to taking orals i go all out, but short term, with liver protectant.Injections are different,im more conservative.

Methandrostenalone half life is approx 4 hours....splitting the dose leads to much more even blood levels and better gains with less sides.

You see,some like it that way,others dont.Many dont see the sides or the better gains even with its 4 hour half life.Remember we go to bed for 8-10 hours anyways so you will have dropped levels anyways.
But if you have the patience to split the doses up then go right ahead.I took them altogether for the convienience and the massive pump i had in the gym.I say try it,and you will see yourself.I think you cant go wrong either way

im doing two doses of 20mg about 6-8 hours apart. is this optimal or should i do 4 doses spread out of 10mg? i try to take it on an empty stomach as well to aid in the absorption.

I found that I still had the same gains experimenting with a bud, and taking only on workout days(mon/wed/fri) 10mg morning(4hrs) 10mg afternoon(4hrs)20mg Pre-workout.
I have taken them spread out all over the day, and also all pre-workout. No difference in gains for me. Just my opinion. Good luck bro.

:fback 4 doses would be best but when you spread the dose your liver gets hit 4 times instead of 2 and also lose more of the drug during the pass thru the liver if you split into more doses....here is what i do...non workout days i just take 5mg in the morning....workout days i take the morning dose of 5 mg and then 2 hours before i go to the gym i take 20mg.....this did cause some xtra water retention due to fluctuating levels of the drug in the body....

Why would you not take your full dose on your off days? If anything wouldent it be better to take more on your off days?
Also it seems like no matter what come bedtime your gonna have a big gap between doses anyway, unless you wake up every 4 hours to down a couple of tabs.
Im thinking my plan will be 20mg in the morning and then another 40mg preworkout, i'll try to split the doses more evenly on the off days and see how things pan out.
The big problem I find with stuff on the net about dosages is that no one seems to bother mentioning anything about bodyweight, it seems like that would be a big factor in dosing anything, no?

And as for dosing..i think a beginners cycle is a beginners cycle..no matter what weight you are.If you weigh 250lbs..or 135lbs..your first cycle should be 500mgs of test.The second should be the samemaybe with another compound or so.Just keep it simple.Then from there you can judging whats best for you.Everyone is different.Some react well to low doses even after years of juicing..others need a bit more

im just using it for strength.....and i grow pretty well this way....doing it like this, I will be @ my goal of 242 by the end of may!
