i've done a couple oral cycles before and last night i finally injected for the first time...

Current stats:
24 yo
5'5-6
bf i dont know exactly.. probably 12%
160(primed from 165 with clen so im probably dyhydrated right now too.. stopping the clen as of today.. most weight ever was 170 when i was on var)

max bench 315.. would be nice to beat it this time and i am sure that i will.. thats to the chest as well as i know most clowns in the gym lift with shitty form

been lifting for about 10 years.. first cycle was m1t 10mg ED for 4 weeks and that was like 3 years ago.. last one was in november of last year and it was var 40mg ED for 10 weeks.. so last night was my first injection ever..

cycle planned:

1-12 test Heptylate 500mg/wk (1cc 2x a week) 9*
4-9 t-bol 50mg/day 5*
4-(4 days before I start pct.. might stop it even sooner) HCG 500iu 2x per week

PCT (starts 14 days after my last shot of test)

1-3 Clomid 50mg/day
1-5 Aromasin 25mg/day

I also have nolva on hand incase of gyno and Adex incase i start getting a huge amount of water retention that is unwanted.. a bit would be nice to help lube up the joints..


Goals:
Gain as much lean mass as possible.. i would love to be 175+ with a 6pack.. probably going to bounce back to 165 before the test even kicks in with my body filling back up with water so i dont think it is unreasonable..
Secondary would be some loss of fat and then strength..

I think you'll do better then your goals, the hard part is keeping your mind in the game during PCT. What does your diet look like?

yeah i am sure i will as well.. but it all depends.. i mean a lot of guys go and gain 30lbs.. but seriously thats not 30lbs of muscle.. i'd rather get 15lbs of pure muscle then 15lbs of pure muscle and 15lbs of water covering it all.. we'll see how it goes.. i have done years of research so i figure i know what i am doing.. and for the stuff i dont know well i'm gonna find out..

diet is pretty clean.. i posted it on here once but i have modified it since then..

going to be around 4k calories a day... mostly all low gi carbs except after working out (usually rice, oatmeal (tons of oatmeal), potatoes) waxy maize for pwo... protein coming from chicken, steak, extra lean ground beaf, salmon, tuna etc.. fats will mostly be oils with a lot of omega 3 pills:

Walnut oil
Fish oil gel caps
Pecan oil
Almond oil
Avocado oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Hazel nut oil
Pistachio oil
Macadamia nut oil
Evening Primrose oil



split up like this: 40p/30c/30f (at least that is the goal)

That's a lot of different oils, wouldn't it be easier to pick one or two oils and work with them? Also are you going to tweak your diet as needed or just stick to what you have already planned?

i will play with it a bit depending on how i feel..

the reason i use oils is because you can perfectly measure how much you are getting... and the reason i listed so many is because they all have slightly different properties so it is healthiest for your body to get an even amount from all sources.. there has been research to prove this.. also i will note i do not have all of those oils yet.. only 3 right now to be exact.. but i do plan on picking up more when i can find some more at other grocery stores locally..

A lot of the time you can get the nut oils from the nuts themselves. I find it easier to get those some of the time. I also like to mix up my diet a bit for variety, it keeps me from craving things. My experience is that when bulking and on, your cravings hit harder, and its also harder to keep the Kcals in check, as I was pretty damn hungry all the time.

so im 2 weeks in.. i'm around 162 to 165.6 depending what time of the day.. strength seems up a bit but it was going up before starting so i cant say it is from that or not.. but it does seem like it is workin a bit.. endurance is up as well.. and i have gotten more zits than normal for sure.. i rarely get them on my face and i have had one big one plus one on my neck and thats pretty rare..but both are gone as of today and i'm back to clear skin..

not sure when it will be kicking in fully but i am quite curious now to see what happens.. i have slowly been upping the calories while keeping the cardio decent so we'll see how it pans out.. as lean as i was when i started so far

so in the middle of week 3 right now.. strength is up... weight is up to 163-166.5 and i'm upping calories again.. week one i benched 225 for 6.. yesterday i did 225 for 9.. far from my record but its heading in the right direction

Good luck man, I have no doubt you'll be pleased.. you seem to have a good understanding of things for your first cycle.

For the zits you could try the stand up tanning bed. Seems to help me. Also, showering twice a day.

The strength will come quick but don't push yourself too fast, keep your ego in check and you'll do fine. The last thing you want is an injury.

Also i'd recommend not telling anyone about crossing the dark side. Not even your best friend. I learned the hard way. Even if most of your gains came from your dedication to your training and diet, they will get jealous and start running their mouths behind your back.. guaranteed.

great advice! yeah i pretty much havent told many people.. one of my roommates doesnt even know i'm on..


one of my buddys i usually go to clubs with and stuff i ran into the gym.. when he saw me at the gym he starts grabbin my arms and he's like you are definitely on.. i just denied it.. made me laugh cuz he's on TNT right now and i'm only at week 3.5.. personally i feel like i get a much bigger pump but i dont feel i have made any huge size gains yet.. i'm thinking with the test really kicking in this and next week, and the upped calories i should hopefully get to 170 pretty quick.. will add in tbol next week probably..

and yeah i was doin the stand up a few months ago i will probably jump back in a bit if it gets worse..

well i dont know if it is test flu or i have a cold but yesterday my throat started hurting and i became extremely tired.. i got 10.5 hours of sleep last night and i am feeling way better but not 100%.. so i missed legs today and gonna get lots of sleep again tonight and tryin to keep my diet up and hopefully get over this extremely fast.. seems to be going away well so far

so i seem to be pretty much over whatever it was.. really curious now if it was test flu cuz normally a cold takes longer than 2-3 days to get over...

Anyways i'm gonna be workin out tonight.. started tbol today.. adding it in at 40mg's ED today and i will be upping it

Our stats are almost the same bro. Your stronger though, nice bench number. How is it compared to your squat and DL poundage?

recently i have been doing a lot more leg press than squat.. when i was doing squats last it was around 275 for 6 but that was a long time ago.. doing leg press right now would probably max out around 9 plates a side but when i was on var last i was 172lbs and i did 8 or 9 plates a side for 10 reps..

deads i havent been doing anytihng heavy there either.. i've been doing stiff leg deads to work hams at the end of my leg workout and only been doing 225 for 10 reps.. if i had to guess what my actual max is when im cold i dont have a clue..

i've clean and jerked 185 for 1 and i was really happy with that.. did 175 for 3 2 weeks ago as well..

Very impressive for your weight bro. I'm back up to 157lbs after carb up and still can't bench 225 lol, I'm cutting too so it . Just fairly new to lifting though, 2yrs so its expected. Funny thing is I could DL 2x my bodyweight and my squat is almost the same. Maybe some people are strong on certain exercises eh.

thanks declan.. yeah the only time i have ever cut in my life i used clen (no gear at all)and cut down to 138lbs.. i benched 290 for 1.. i really should compete but know of no local comps


anyways tonight was a great day at the gym and worst injection i have ever had...

benched 225x10
245x6

that was all to the chest with no spot.. i did forced reps on the 245 set to 8.. then later on incline military i did 100's for 10.

then i get home.. and i'm like hey lets shoot something other than shoulders today.. i only have 25g 1" pins so i'm like lets do a pec shot.. my gf always injects for me and she goes to put it in my chest.. i flinch a little bit once it peirces the skin and she pulls out.. i'm like whoa wtf are you doin we just got through the hard part lol.. so i switch pins and try again.. that time it was hurting and wouldnt even peirce the skin.. i think i should have tried stretching the skin but i gave up.. switched pins and went to do a delt shot again but this time more towards the front but still on the side.. well once she gets fully in my arm twitched cuz it felt like she hit a nerve or something and she pulled out again.. i was ready to give up at that point lol.. i'm like okay lets do a rear delt shot.. same delt.. switched pins.. reloaded some additional oil since i had wasted so much and shot it no problem that time... that was about 20 minutes ago lol

so last night at the gym after working out back i stepped on the scale.. mind you i had shorts, tshirt, and shoes on.. it was 170.6.. despite the extra weight in clothes i was quite happy... this morning in my underwear after pissing was 166.. so there might be some water there but either way i appear to be up again.. thinking im gonna up my tbol today too to 50mg's ED

166.5-171.5.. felt a little bloated though so definitely gonna make sure i dont miss my cardio again this weekend.. upping tbol to 60mg ED as well

so yesterday i did legs.. i just got back from cardio today..

yesterday for leg press i went as heavy as 6 plates a side for 8 reps..
stiff leg deadlifts i went as high as 275 for 5.. my grip seemed to be the weak spot here.. chalk or straps woulda helped

i weighed in at 167 this morning and last night after the gym i weighed in at 173.0 (thats the highest i have ever seen on a scale)

last nights injection didnt go that well.. hurt going in.. aspirated and it was fine.. was painful while injecting the oil.. pull out and about 2 inches of blood squirts down my shoulder.. so obviously i nicked a vein but it seems to be fine right now just sore.. not even seeing a bruise right now

Lookin' good hombre!! You actually have a somewhat similar build to me (probably bigger than me, maybe not a great photo), but you do lift more than me on most lifts it seems... Keep it up!!!!

Hard to say for sure or anything, but my guess would be around 13% or so... I seem to look pretty much like that at just over 10%. (my abs arn't visible until i'm around 8%... just how my body stores fat)

thanks guys wow lots of replies.. i was actually beginning to think this log was just gonna be for myself to remember haha

i have another pic after a bi's and tri's day i took last week i'll see about posting tomorrow.. i look much bigger with the pump lol

i do have some before pics but they are shit cuz i just finished from the gym and my muscles look so just round with zero definition cuz of the pump.. i could post some from about 6 months ago as i look similar to when i started in those pics.. will save those for later..

bit of an update.. still having trouble eating.. weighing in around 168-171.. going to get some EQ and run that instead of the tbol to help with appetite and bring up the vascularity for summer.. will probably extend it a bit as well with the changing of compounds being a factor..

i chose m1t for a couple of reasons.. ease of availability.. i could get it whenever and it was cheap.. and the biggest reasons being:

1. big gains.. everyone has and will always say that you cant deny it
2. i was extremely afraid of needles..

number 2 is why i followed up with a var cycle.. mind you years later but still thats why i didnt run test with it.. which it was also a successful cycle so i have no regrets..

just did a glute shot for the first time about 10 minutes ago.. felt pretty easy

so i dropped tbol on friday was my last day cuz i was sick of the no appetite.. which it has already seemed to have come back a bit.. weight already seems like it has popped up a little bit.. i'm seeing 167.5-173lbs..

benched 275x5 last night and was kinda pissed off cuz i was really hoping to get 6 by myself.. i got the 6th but the spotter had to tap it in the middle. he's like it was practically all you but i had to help for an inch.. ah well maybe i'll just go for it again next week..

also i added in EQ last night.. for the first week at least i'm doing 600mg's a week after that probably goign to lower it to 450mg's a week.. first time doing EQ and hoping it will help me lean out a bit while still put on size.. and hopefully increase my appetite..

eq is a mild compound you cant feel that youre "on" really
Also eq takes some time to kick in, i generally feel it is kicking in around week6-8

after my workout yesterday i weighed in at 174.8.. what a tease.. i was gonna down a bottle of water so i would easily be 175 but figured i can just wait a little longer lol.. 169.0 this morning

so i've got a zit on my back, 2 on my right arm, 2 on my neck, and one on my chin.. thats not normal lol.. EQ must be starting to kick in as its when new hormones kick in that i tend to get zits.. only on it for 1.5 weeks now

also attached is a pic i took tuesday night.. i was a little bloated in it as i just finished a couple meals and i feel like i look small in it but i'm posting it anyways lol

yep lots i just havent posted anyone cuz i really didnt think many people were paying attention..

i extended it longer and did my last shot on september 8th.. come tuesday i am starting my PCT..

i got my weight up to 175-176ish...

max bench was 325 but i almost pushed that for 2 so i'm pretty sure i could have at least done 330 but i'm happy with that it was a new record.. updated pic is what i have in my avatar..

i had 0 side effects besides water retention.. felt great on it.. but i didnt notice a huge difference when i added in the EQ.. not sure if i have to do high dosages like over a gram a week of it or whats the deal but i can see why many people on other sites done like it.. it just didnt seem that strong.. test was great though.. also maybe i just didnt do the EQ long enough thats another possibility..

but overall i loved the cycle.. not sure what i am going to do next.. bulk or cut.. i figured i'd post a big version of what i have in my avatar and get some opinions on what to do next..

also i'm really hoping i dont lose much size or strength in my PCT but we'll see what happens and i'll report back on that

right on, that bench weight is very impressive... we're about the same height, and i cant bench nearly that much. sounds like you had a good run, and its also good to get some feedback on the eq as well, since i was considering running it. anyway, looks like you made some great gains from your avatar.

good luck in the pct! what are you doing for it? did you run hcg at all?
