If so why did you?

If not, why did you not?

For myself, I will be donating. I figure with the amount of mags I buy, the food, the supplements, the juice it amounts to quite a lot of money.

But I come here for most of my info and to hang out. I want this place to be around for a long time to come and to actually maybe make it worth it for admin to keep this place booming and adding stuff.

I am figuring out how to use paypal. Once I can, I'll hit up the site with a small donation. It seems 2-3 people a month donate. I wonder what the site would turn into if it was 50-100 donators. Even at 5 bucks each, I think a site like this is worth it.

Most of these sites are guys trying to push their product lines. Here it seems like it's a fair playing field for everyone. Diverse sponsors that actually play nice with eachother. Try to go on bb.com. You want a supp, on bb.com you will only ever hear of buying a supp from their site, no where else AND you can't sponsor.

Here, I understand that we can't post other sites specials or whatnot because there are sponsors. But those sponsors have the same chance to come here and become a sponsor themselves. Most of the sites that is not possible. I know about how much it costs to put a banner here as I asked for a friend. Guys, a magazine will charge you about $10k for a full page ad. Here you are charged next to nothing to have your exact clientele see your banners every day PLUS you can do customer service with your forum. Better than that you can't get.

So what I suggest is a little thank you for what we take for granted. A site that is steady and always here for us. When is the site's B-day, maybe we can plan some kind of nice gift. Maybe in turn some upgrades would be nice or a prize for the members or something.

All in all, thank you for CBB and you can count on me for a little something soon.

The very fact that a bodybuilding mag costs $10 is enough to convince me that a $5 donation a month is not unreasonable. Plus you won`t find a fraction of the information in any issue of any mag out there that you will on this site. It`s a good thing this site exists for me anyway, as I had many answers to my newbie injection questions recently.

You have no idea how much I appreciate being able to ask a question and within 30 minutes have some solid answers. When I get around to it, I will be a regular donor each month. Like you said, if we all give $5 it could go a long way brother.

I've been known to give a little here and there when I can afford to. I like the site and the people here and it's worth supporting.

Can a mod move this to the AAS please and sticky it for a bit. It seem most of the traffic is in that forum.

I agree fully with Ritch. I think a small donation from members is not asking alot to support such a great resource.

I'd do it if there was a more anonymous way.

I thought there was an address where you can send money to? Ya don`t need to include a return address on the envelope I think.

I'm sure most of us could afford $5-10 a month to support this site.

Maybe we could have a site supporter icon for those profiles who contribute monthly, or a site supporter section for monthly donators where sponsors can post site supporter deals.

There is a thread where they mention the names of the monthly donors.

click the paypal donate button under the banners if you want to donate.

Thanks to all those who help me out. At the moment, all I can say is your money is being put to good use and will end up being reinvested into making things better for everyone.

I won't even speak about the time being put into all this stuff.

Also thanks to all those that come to me for work needed on sites or business cards or whatever. That helps me out greatly.

great post! it's true, if you even buy a few magazines a year, think about how much more info you get on here! On that basis, 5 bucks a month is super cheap

i'm willing to help out!!
