It's amazing food for anyone in Durham... I am sending all my members there!

Are you kidding??? I said the the ultimate muscle builder... not fat builder :)
Everything is grilled with no oil only water... the owner of the restaurant is really health consious... he doubles the amount of meat for me... it's amazing food... I have been eating it for the past 3 weeks and it's better than any supplement or drug you can buy!

That last pic is making me drool. Dieting starts soon, but last weeks bout of food poisoning left me a bit leaner that I planned so I'm not too fat and I'm also still down a few lbs.

500 grams works even better...i guess it depends on weight...off season its a lb per meal for me, and an lb of steak as well.....if you dont add to many carbs in the mix, not to much fat gain with proper cutoff times etc...

500grams in one sitting is silly unless you are a 400lbs IFBB pro :)
Honestly, 100G's is equal to 30 grams of protein... 500G's is about 150 grams of protein... Good luck trying to digest that in one meal!

Dc says eat this...Hernon says that..Milos says this.I go with what has always worked for me(ive tried many variations) and that is 1- 1.5grams a pound...which is about 40 grams per meal..6 meals a day.
To each their own..

I know a little about dieting... and I say 300G's protein is plenty for a ~200lbs body builder... Based on roughly 6 x 50G meals a day...

no doubt about it...you have done a great job, as has your lady...props to you....Ive tried it on 300 or so grams of protein and honest to god, i lost a lot of size and strength, that was going into my comp, look at my pics in the beginning, i was smaller etc....fatter....i switched it up, lowered my carbs really upped my protein and ive grown and filled out and lost fat....im not loooking great by any means, but i gave it an honest go, by someone elses advice, and regretted it..

I think that both AAS and dieting really increase your need for protein. Being natty and currently fat I don't need to eat a lot of protein. As long as my cals are high the protein really doesn't get used for energy so there isn't a need for excessive amounts. I also imagine that the way macronutrients are utilized will change based on a persons diet. So for me because I eat a lot of fat and carbs I don't think my body uses protein for energy nearly as much as someone on a keto diet.
The body adapts to everything and everyone is different so it's really just a trial and error kind of thing. Guidelines are just guidelines.
The food looks great and I have some great insights on proper squat form if anyone is interested... :ne

Just chimming in because I have tried this place.
Its incredible me and my girlfriend can get a meal for about 10$ total. Its honestly tastes better then most greasy junk (which im quite fond of :P) you can buy anyways for twice as much.
The place is kind of ridicoulous he has like 9,000,000,000 different seasonings and sauces to choose from I just tell the guy throw on whatever and make it taste good.
