Hey all,
I just signed up to the forums, and need a little help doing my first cycle.
A little about me:
5'6", 170lbs, 10% bf, natty, 21 years old
Training is M,T Th,F (Upper, lower, upper, lower)
Diet is in check (1.3-1.5g of protein/lb, around 2700 calories daily now, but when I go on I plan to increase to about 3400 daily)
Goal: Hoping to hit 190 by December with a similar bodyfat.
Anyways I was doing some reading and reading and reading, and most places recommend Test en for a first cycle. So I was thinking:
Weeks 1-10 Test Enanthate 600mg/week
(I was also reading that arimidex is good to take everyday when you are on, at 0.5mg per day, so planning on doing that as well.)
I'm a little bit clueless when it comes to PCT though.
I was thinking HCG and clomid for 3 weeks. (suggestions for dosages?)
Any feedback or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Check out Mark Rippetoe's starting strength program - seriously read it about 10 times. You should be able to hit your goals without drugs in about the time you've set out with a 500-750 calorie excess diet. Gomad (gallon of milk a day) is the drug you need to explore.
I'm sure others will help with pharmacology but at your age you've got enough hormones flowing to do the job without paying or injecting.

a big factor here is your food intake your just gonna have to eat alot more, you should be able to reach your goal without the help of any steroids.

I am also 21 turn 22 soon but you are very light you might want to try and go 6 months hardcore eating everything you see and train your nuts off... Just think about this it isnt a sprint its a long distance run dude.... Keep working hard wait tell your 180 190 tell you juice dude

Guys, he's only 5'6" - At that height, 170lbs with a bodyfat of 10% is respectable.
My point is, if the guy was 6'0 200lbs with 15% bf, he wouldn't be facing so much resistance..
On the flip side, I do understand you guys are looking out for his best interest..

you make a great point.
i initially see someone under 200 pounds and think they can get there naturally.

Hey guys, I appreciate the reply's, and thanks for looking out for my best interests.
However maybe I should have gave a bit more background info. I just finished dieting down for summer, I started at 215lbs and 15% body fat. The 10% I posted early was just a guess, but I have a six pack right now and everything looks good to go. If i put on a backpack with a 30lb dumb bell in would you guys help me out :yeah haha

allright so your cycle looks good but if you can make it last abit longer at least 12 weeks and you dont need 600mg, 500 would be just fine.
as for pct i dont think its a good idea running hcg while doing pct. if you can run hcg right through until pct. alot of people would say you dont need hcg for this type of cycle, just some nolvadex and aromasin for pct will do.
Looks good to me maybe lower to dose to 400mg per week. DOn't both with the arimidex. Just have it incase. also consider a 12 or 14 week cycle it will be easier to keep the gains after.
