I have done a close meat inspection and this are the results:


-VERY nice leg formation--in the next two weeks you will get rid of the extra water, thus exposing the quad muscle fully, great job there!!

-Abs: vaccumm-like effect will be phenomenal!! EXCELLENT!!

-Back, which will include the lats, trapzzzz---very smooth looking. up that cardio, up the reps, lower cals accordingly, and in time, you will give an anatomy class right on stage.

-WOuld have loved to have seen a little more work on the shoulders...but hey that is just my opinion. You can do it!!

GREAT WORK!!! I have seen your stuff over the years, and you ever fail to amaze me...it can only get better!!

Cals are lowered and cardio is upped this week--BLAH! Shoulders, I know I've gotta bring them up----been hitting them hard and heavy, in fact, hit a PR this morning (40lb dumbell press for sets of 8!) inspite of the lack of REAL carbs. Thanks for the feedback :)

Thanks for all the support guys, it means alot:) Well, only a week to go. I went to my last posing practice today and things went well. I got to try on my new suit! LOVE IT!!!My coach thinks everything is coming together. I'm sooooo nervous this time, but I'm ready to hit that stage!!!!
