Ok Ready to step up too the plate and become a man !

I want to start a test cycle this would be my first.
I've done one cycle of Tbol oral at 20 mg a day for 8 weeks then did the PCT was off for 24 weeks then did one cycle of Dbol oral at 60mg a day for 8 weeks and then PCT
Yes I know don't even have to say it.
Did my bloods everything is fine. So seeing that I've done this what would you guys recommend.
The help would be much appreciated not only fot the test cycle but also for the PCT cycle

just something simple like 500mg/week Test enanthate, for 12 weeks, then pct nolva and aromasin.

a friend of mine just did this he stayed on for about 16 weeks and he gained over 30 pounds went from 155 to 190.

Is 16 weeks safe should I keep some clomid on hand

Nolvadex on hand if you experience sides like gyno, save your clomid for pct, research the form there is tons of info on PCT

yep keep nolva on hand, 16 weeks is ok. just get some blood work done to make sure everything ok.

i have been thinking the same however front loading
test e
week 1 / 1000 mg
week 2 -12 / 500 mg
pct
novedex
week 1 / 40 mg
week 2-3 / 20 mg

does this sound right ? after the cycle how much and how long for pct can you still use nolva
this may be a start for your program bud

Front loading is fine but I would not reccomend it if its your first time on test. If you start to have negative sides they will be alot less harsh with a lower dose. I would say shot 250mg then wait 3.5 days and repeat.

looking forward to this cycle I thought the dbol kicked ass from everyhting i've read so far this is gonna be good . Thanks for all the input I seem to be a bit confused about 1 thing. I was always under the impression that the clomid is what you took incase of signs of gyno thought the nolv was for pct or are both just as good ?

nolva helps with gyno if you really want pick up some arimidex if gyno is gonna be a big problem

Not than I think it's going to be a problem just more of a concern . I just want to have everything on hand in case so arimidex is what I should have on hand or do I take this while on the test

i think nolva would be your best bet. just keep it on hand incase your nipples start to get sensitive.

Nolva is your first line of defense if you feel itchy/sore/red nips. If it comes on fast, letro can reverse it, but you will cut gains and lose sex drive. It works tho. To keep water off, a-dex is a common choice while cycling. Check out my pct thread at the top. Any questions PM me, ill keep you on track bro.

Thnx, no prob. 500mg a week only for 12 weeks for a noobie, have nolva on hand just in case, you can follow up with PCT with novla and aromasin if you like. Thats a solid starter cycle.

Why don't you kick start your cycle with some D-bol, since u have taken it already you'll know if any weird sides show up it'll be from the test. Also test enth takes a long time to kick in, could be 4 weeks. Just a thought.

And go to the Androgenic Anabolic Steroids in Bodybuilding on this site, it has an awesome write up about all PCT.

He could do that. I stopped kickstarting a while ago tho, i find oral gains are are useless to me. But, he may have fun with it.

I've never done it myself but it seems popular, don't care much for orals. Just figured instead of front loading might as well do that instead.

bro! lolz i was saying if you dont respond well to your pct with nolva thats when you drop in the clomid! ;) not start taking clomid when u get itchy nipps.... i was saying if your getting gyno.. end your cycle and start taking full blown pct ie: nolva+clomid.

Personally i rather cypionate even though i tend to hold onsome water lol.
