Well, ****ing finally. I just thought Id share with you guys what finally ****in worked for me. After 6 months of brutal bacne, and looking like a pizza face. I have found a solid combo of techniques and products that have worked for me.

1) Using a puff to exfoliate in the showers, with a simple moisturizer.
2) Tanning.. Gay.. but Wow It made me look bigger too :P.
3) Keeping bathing products simple, simple soap, simple shampoo. No perfumes or added "Butter?".
4) 9* Acne gel (Awesome ****in product) (but any anti bacterial to prevent new breakouts.)
5) Clearasil (to accelerate and heal the breakout already going away.)
6) Ombra Spa Face Cream (Intense q-10 cream, really refreshing on the skin.)
7) Using a straw to drink my protein shakes (Sounds stupid, but made the pimples around my mouth **** off..)
8) Wash face after meals (Same reason as above)
9) Change pillow cases every week (at least)
10) Dont let the girl lick my neck or bite my face anymore hahaha.

It took alot, and was an ongoing battle. But finally I am ****in happy with things. I got it under control. Just sharing some shit that helped me, cus I know theres some homies out there dying from the same shame :(.

Cheers bros.

ezturbo, the pillow case thing is a huge cause. if you guys are too lazy to wash your pillow case 2 or 3x/week or change pillow cases with fresh ones every few days, atleast turn them inside out half way through the week. A little tip i noticed worked well for me during highschool

I've been damm lucky this cycle to have very few zits. I did get a back breakout but that was after a few days of 75-100mg of ed tren, backed down to 50mg ed and they went away. Personally I'd reccommend accutane and have lots on hand should things go south on PCT.

tea tree oil is pretty good too. but overall, with more sweat you get more blocked pores. gotta keep it clean

Yes I find tea tree oil or tea tree oil soap, aveda pepermint shampoo with loofa allover the body to open pores then Nizoral shampoo all over body and hair keeps the zits away. Plus tanning and clean sheets too.

Thought it was all the pussy you were eating that was causing the acne around the mouth. Remember to wash after and rinse :)

Accutane is a life saver, right after highschool I actully had a 8 year old kid ask me if I had chicken pox at work... my entire back is covered in acne scars and yet once I started Accutane it was all gone in less than 2 months.

The back scars as so back I can even get a tat done on my back, glad to hear you won your battle Ezturbo acne is worse than herpes lol.

Me, as long as I take my 5g of B5 per day Im fine. Doesnt seem to work for everyone but I love the stuff.

did you ever consider a low dose of accutane just out of curiosity?

Accutane is a rough drug, i had serious acne problems ever since i was a kid (my dad had it bad as well). My doc tried every topical drug there was, i remember my pillow case and towels were bleached white from the creams. His final measure was to use accutane, and it worked, but boy was it rough. Ive been clear since ...... i cant even remember, 17? Now im 24, its starting to show its face again : / My chest and face are getting it, and shaving in the morning is becoming a ****ing headache. AND i dont use

Congrats bro, im def gonna try some of the tips u have.

Yes it can be hard on your system, at clinical doses. We are using it to combat acne caused by gear not genetics for the most part. Even 10mg EOD can make a big diff in gear induced acne...just enough to dry you out and keep your skin clear. I went that route but seem to have similiar results with B5 so I stuck with that instead.

When I ran my first Primo cycle, I had bad acne outbreaks. A friend of mine told me to buy the Proactiv system online and it did wonders to my oily skin without the sides you have with accutane.
Glad you won your battle :)

Seems like a lot of work, ezturbo. I'd take the acne/pimples. joke.
I used to get it semi bad face and back too.
I wash my face at night with Neutogena stuff and then put this on:
http://www.eccobella.com/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=66
the combination of Alpha Hydroxy Acid and Salicylic Acid really does work.
it kinda smells for an hour so don't see your chick when you put it on, or in Mr. Ontario's case his boy toy.
as for the back/chest i would use that red antiseptic liquid soap they use in hospitals.

I big part is hygene, no doubt. SHower often, but you need to moisturize after, or you get too dry.

Clean shirts daily, and bedding weekly.

Apple cider vinegar works for natural supplementation

suntan

vit e, a

fatty acids

msm

and I flush with niacin a few times per week

I didnt get ONE zit this cycle. Not one, and its been 25 weeks test prop eod, had a masteron tren run. Dbols, winny before cancun, last run was tren again.

as far as the accutane, when i'm on a heavy cycle i do use, but i find i only need 1 dose of 20mg a week to prevent any break-outs, on top of all the other things we're talking about here.... i can feel before they start coming out and once a week is enough to keep them away. i've checked my liver function and blood work afterwords and have not had any issues
