Hey i am just curious if you guys know of supplements which should not be taken at the same time because they either cause health side effects or cancel each other out.
Thanks

NO2 and glutamine should not be used in large doses together as they are intercompetitive amino acids. most NO2 products say this on the label though.

Who cares, neither of these products even work, lol! especially my all time most hated supplement maybe tied with HMB, glutamine... But what you say about glutamine not to be dosed with other amino`s I think is true, yet you hear so many people talk about how they add glutamine in their shakes.

I would say 2 hrs since fats are slow digesting. But I have taken both at the same time myself and it didn't seem to stop them from doing their jobs. I don't really know how they could compete for the same enzyme, which is lipase. But who knows. Where did you get this info that they compete for the same enzyme Gettin 'r' round? Any links or literature? Just curious.

As far as I know, creatine and L-glutamine work synergistically together.
