I just wanted to give thanks to everyone on CBB, I've met some good people on here and recieved some great info. I'm very thankful because I have made some of the best gains in my life and feel great right now! I've picked up some effective tips from vets and others and applied it to the knowledge and experience I already had. I've been on numerous boards over the years but this one is definitely the best balance of knowledge, experience, input entertainment and comedy!

Yea i definitely have to agree. Some older guys dont realize how helpful their comments / suggestions / discussions are to less experienced guys. On top of that, this place has a much smaller and warmer feel to it (due to it being mostly local guys).

Definitely agree, I got alot of motivation along with practical lifting advice through the vets online for my first couple years. MN was my lifting school, CBB is great too. Glad to hear of the progress benny, keep at it bro.

Yes Musclefreak, great board indeed .....so today I am going to challenge other members to donate to the board! I'm sending in a donation today ....even 5 bucks if you can ..like pizza hut 5 bucks, 5bucks, 5bucks...it'll add up!
