point is i really dont wanna call in sick to work tomorrow cuz i feel like a douche everytime i do.

i know i obviously wont be able to be 100% by tomorrow, but is there anythign i can do tonight to at least tolerate walking tomorrow

I have used a heating pad before, it helped out a bit.

when using high concentration gear i have a "magic bag" that you heat in the microwave and put it on the injection spot. I find it helps big time. I think a heating pad would do the same as my magic bag.

Use heat. It's crystals you need to help your body bring to a boiling point to dissolve. Long the ester, higher boiling point. This rule is different with prop for another reason. Anyway, use heat, cold will make it feel better but actually causes longer pain.

Quads are rough, I plan on doing glutes next injection but since it was my first cycle I wanted a place I could really see what I was doing. I found stretching really helped along with a heat wrap thingy from the drug store, some days it felt like my knee caps would explode with every step but after a few weeks the pain has really died down.

I also found that massaging the injection site helped, it kinda hurts but getting the extra blood into the area seems to help keep the pain down.

X100 on the "magic bag" I wont cycle without one of those. They are just rice bags, heat them up for a few minutes and they carry the heat for quite a long time. Heating pad is OK, but doesn't provide the deep heat a rice bag can.I get really bad knots no matter what gear I use, including HG. I think my body doesn't like the solvents. Not sure, but applying heat always helps me.

glute injections are virtually pain free. stick to your glutes.

i was using a certain type recently that was causing severe pain (upper outer glute)for like 6-7 days. it did affect the workouts, couldnt even walk normally. so i figured its probably junk and got a different brand. now its just the regular couple days of discomfort vs actual ****in pain. if this thread would've started a few weeks ago i would've tried heat.

not sure how you do it but i normally inject the muscle preworkout and find much less pain,

also if you got some really strong stuff go for a hot shower on injection site prior to shot, then use a heat bag
