between cycles, just curious :D
as long as it takes me to load up the next shot...... :)
i take the same amount off as i was on. good rule of thumb i find.

Yup. Standard rule. Time on = time off. It's worked well for me.

Cheating. Time on + PCT = Time on, but you know that.
Used to do two cycles a year but it got to the point that when it was time to begin to a new cycle I just knew I had not recovered "normalcy". Maybe it was because normal for a guy in his fifties just wasn't worth much. No choice if I wanted to continue my ironlifting ways.

3-4 months off
I agree. I find that my body needs this time off for AAS to become effective again.

For me 4-5 months off depending on what my last cycle consisted of and how hard it shut me down.

i'm with Geo, i usually run low/long term dosages, so my time off is not the same. i've definitely felt like i needed time off in the past with heavy cycles, when my sides started to accelerate without any change in dosages. it's as if the toxins in my body where coming out of me. now I stick to low dosages and longer runs. I feel better all year long

Same here. I never run heavy cycles (to me 500mg/week of test IS a heavy ass cycle, lol). I usually only run 250mg-375mg/week sometimes with a low dose anabolic sometimes not. So I tend to run longer "cycles" and come off whenever I feel like I need a break and go back on when I feel "recovered" usually a good 3-4 months off...

no

I think it depends on the length if time you are ON. I would go with time on = time off.
