so i'm guessing you are all like me , and eat a ton of tuna, sometimes i pretty much have to wash it down, but i have a few good recipies for it

my favorite is
2 cans of tuna
2 green onions
garlic
1 table spoon curry powder
good pinch of cilantro ( aka coriander , fresh only !)
teaspoon of sriracha hot sauce
juice of half a lime

add ginger if you want, i do when i have it around.

now make sandwiches ( add some light mayo ), put it on rice, make patties out of it by throwing a couple eggs.

so far it's the best thing i've made with tuna,

what do you guys do ?

Bro..have you eve tried TUNA BURGERS before? This so damn yummy and healthy that i guarantee you you'll be eating this at least once a week if not more.Heres the recipe:

2 cans of tuna
1 whole egg
1tbls of fat free mayo
1tsp of lemon juice
3tbls of salsa
1cup of oatmeal

I make 3 big patties and eat these with sweet mustard.I make my own zero calorie sweet mustard by taking regular mustard and adding splenda or twin sugar.

ENJOY!!

lol you guys are so domesticated :popc2

I don't eat it often but usually have it with brown rice/1 hardboiled egg chopped and a can of tuna all mixed together. Drizzled a little olive oil over it and 1/2 a nanna!

I eat almost everything I can get my hands on with a banana lol.. heck they are the cold plantain :)

ewww I can't handle the texture of banana's.... if I blend it in a choco protien shake it's great.

Tuna burgers are awesome, you can do the same with salmon. They are really yummy!

1 can tuna + 500ml orange juice. Blend for 10 seconds and slam it back. It's not as bad as it sounds.

It does sound horrible but maybe I can sacrifice 1 can of tuna and some OJ for an experiment.

Sometimes i buy those tuna cans that are already flavoured. I usually go with the spicy thai chili tuna, then get a big spinach salad add avacado, tomato, carrot, onion, almond. Anything i have really and some dressin that matches the tuna flavour.
Its a good tuna salad.

Ricky's got it nailed! Tuna Burgers are super rad! Done this many times as tuna can become very boring.
