I read through the 2006 version. It was so-so at best. Talking on here is MUCH better anyways.

Ok book, dosage recommendation are a bit low to my liking, learned a few thing like my cardiovascular help (another thing to stress about now lol), some info on the practical use and stack of stuff would have been cool it was written in a really cautious way in my opinion..

Well it was mainly that you should use cholesterol aid to maintain an healty ldl hdl, that oral gear was very harsh on your cardiovascular health (liv-52 for me all the time from now on), prolonged use of supratherapeutic doses cause thickening of the ventricular walls, long cycle and abuse cause plaque deposition and accumulation so over time you are more prone to a hearth attack or stroke..that a dose of 300 mg of test gaved 21% drop in hdl cholesterol pretty much the same as of the 600 mg test group suggesting the dosage threshold for long hdl suppression is fairly low.. Winny is much more harsh on your cholesterol that anti estrogen such as arimidex aromasin letrozol should be avoided if possible because they negate estrogen benefit on cholesterol... That high blood pressure was dangerous for your kidney and can cause vascular stiffness. He is advising on lipid stabil 3 caps a day a fish oil 4 g a day ...
Is pct program is also nice, this one is advised by dr. michael scally.
Tamoxifen citrate 20 mg for 45 days
clomiphene citrate 50 mg twice a day 30 days
HCG 2500 iu eod for 16 day
The book is worth the price delivery was a bit long and some of the page have printing issue witch make it 20% not readable (a few page).. The part on ugl is kinda scary also.. he tested a few labs (without naming them) some had heavy metals (3 out of 14)
Label claim vs dosage
5 out of 14 where 10% clos one methandrostenolone was claimed to be 25 mg and was actually 115 mg some tren enanthat was 0 mg (replaced with another hormone).. Primo was 50% of what the label claimed...
Also tested some meterial purity and it had a 6 out of 14 have passed on the purity, the rest had unknown contamination.
Oil purity was not something to be concerned out of 14 only 2 failed those 2 used food grade oil...
