Hey,

I've never tried dropping BF before. I usually eat clean and enough. Is that possible to lean with my "diet" or I need to drop cals ? I started cardio today (haven't done any in months :mock )

I usually sweet a LOT while lifting and it's crazy when I do cardio.

stats : 6'1" 235-238lbs (I guess around 16-18% BF)

This is what I usually eat :

9am : 8-10 eggs, 2 ezekiel bread, banana, large coffee

11am : 50g whey with skim milk

1pm : shit load of chicken or lean beef, brocoli, brown rice or potato

3pm : 50g whey with water

5pm : shit load of chicken or lean beef, brocoli, brown rice or potato

7-8pm : pre wo snack usually 2 tuna can + a fruit

10pm : 50g whey with water

11pm-12am : tuna cans or chicken + brocoli

during the day, I usually drink a 750ml of plain yogurt and plenty of water

Is that possible to drop BF/lean with 4-5x 60mins cardio a week ?
I'm currently on 500mg test E 5* (2.5 months remaining)

Depends if you are under maintenance or not.If you are burning more than you are consuming..yes.Its hard to tell if you're eating too much cause we dont know your weight or even your maintenace level. But the first thing that i saw was that you might be eating too much meat in those meals. How about drop the meat to about 6 ounces and have a "shitload" of veggies instead. As long as your getting 1-1.5 grams of protein per LB in your whole day you should be fine

agreed. while adding more activity may work initially to put you below maintenance as your metabolic rate slows and you lose weight the deficit is going to need to be larger for you to continue to lose weight, next thing you know your on a treadmill 7 hours a day. A combination of increased activity and reduced food intake is the most sensible approach.

There's no doubt that you're eating clean but now you'll need to account for the "shitload" of meat you're having. You could probably even get away with cutting out the yogurt. We'll need your stats first

How long have you been eating like that for? Do you stray from it or do you eat exactly that each and every day or did you just write it up and plan to follow that?

That's what I eat during the week. Week end are "delayed" because I sleep till 12pm

Eating like that since a few months

I think having protein only meals is a big mistake. Go protein+carbs or protein plus fat. All your meals after training are protein only. You have lot`s of protein here which is good, but how many carbs do you have when you say, some rice or a potato? I see so many wrongs here, but you need to start over, and hate to say this, but don`t feel like pointing out every mistake and correcting them. I really think if you read what John Berardi has to say about the timing of protein+carbs and protein+fat you will be fine. It doesen`t get any easier than that, check out his website, it`s very easy to read and apply.
