met hugo girard at the resort i stayed at in cuba. super nice guy stopped and took pictures with everyone and really easy to talk to. the girl in the middle is my old lady.

Hugo's arms aren't much bigger than yours and he weighs about 330 lbs. Huge man he is. Your old lady looks to be not very old. Nicely done.

Actually he trained/lived/worked in Gatineau Quebec,maybe about 5 miles away from ottawa.I didnt know he moved to Quebec city however.The last time i was in Gatineau(was with my gf at the time),I trained at his gym an actually saw the dumbells(they were his that he left there) he used to work out with.If I remember correctly his dumbells were 185 lbs

The biggest guys i can think of in estevan are you dan and chris, who else is there even.

Sure there are big guys, but as far as the biggest im pretty sure you 3 are the top around there.

But yah, bringing the population in though, the ratio is pretty damn sick haha.
