I have it boiled down to #2 now.

Number 2 looks way cooler but has a 2 year warranty, number 1 has a 5 year warranty, and number 2 is $160 less. Number 2 just looks nicer, I`d go with that one.

go toro and get the extra 3 years warranty, not that you'll have issues, but its nice to have if you ever do.

i'd get the 2nd one cuz of looks and see if sears has an extended warranty you could purchase

my dad works for powersource canada which used to be called Briggs and Stratton which is the company that makes the engines in both those mowers. I asked him and he said go with the Toro.

agreed. honda makes a kick ass push mower but i rock a pimp ride on kubota.

Go with the TORO sold them for years at a hardware store. Very solid had one that lasted 20+ years and started easy. Toro is better than craftsman in my opinion.

Cant go wrong with a Briggs engine, itll beat kohler every time.

The make of engine makes more difference than the brand of mower.

If you want top of the line go with a Honda or even better a Snapper.

This would be the best for your home lot. Note the Kawi engine.
