Far more than the other testosterone esters, for the possible exception of propionate, users of Sustanon will often complain of injection site irritation and swelling. Some individuals find that the reaction that they experience with the compound is so bad in fact that they will have to cease administration of it. As well, due to the frequent injections of the compound and the possibility of injection site irritation, it is advisible that users rotate injection sites as frequently as possible so that no complications arise.[/I]

So I was planning on running a cycle of Sustanon 250 but after reading this article I am rethinking my position. Anyone out there find that the injection pain is not worth the gain. Horror stories welcome or is this just overblown? I am leaning towards going with test-e instead. Any comments or history down this path looking for a little direction.

if it's your first cycle, id lead towards test e. because for optimal results i find injecting sus EOD is better, when test e you can inject E3D's for optimal results. sustanon has the propionate ester in it, which i found burns a lot when i used it alone. but everyone is different, some i knew hurt them more than others.

I think this has been gone over before but for me SubQ injections are much smoother than IM. After I finished my Sust I went back to TestE and will be sticking with it. Just remember that long ester Test requires longer cycles.

this will be my second cycle of injectables and I was will admit that there is a learning curve to injections to reduce pain and swelling. It is just that when I saw that the sust injection sides seem so much more severe than say test-e why do some people bother and risk not being able to finish what they started literally

I'm running Sust right now and I'm on my 4th week.

This is my first cycle and I'll admit, when I inject a virgin muscle, it hurts and swells up, especially my tricepts and delts. I just suck it up and deal with it, it's not that bad. Just feels like a real good charlie horse.

As far as other side effects, I havnt had too many. Skin is slightly a bit more oily. I litte bit of a shorter fuse but nothing I can't control. No acne, no hair loss, and gained a bit of water weight and got a little bit stronger.

Testosterone rocks.

What I meant was that for Sust the SubQ injections were smoother. With TestE the IM injections are as smooth as silk.

Never had a prob with sust. I use it when I am crusing between cycles mainly ....the only issue you may have is EOD injections.

Of course but I find I less irritation when injecting Sust SubQ. Here is a good thread on SubQ injections.
