I wanted to avoid injury, because i've noticed i was more prone to injury the heavier i lift on cycle. i was thinking of adding EQ for the benefits of collagen synthesis, so i just want to avoid chance of injury on cycle due to weak tendons. what are your opinions?

running test at 400mg wouldn't be an issue much, or i'll benefit more from stacking with something that'll increase collagen synthesis?

what do you guys usually do to help your tendons on cycle?

i added primo to help out but its expensive......I cant use eq as I have had issues with anxiety in the past....npp didnt do much and i'm not a huge fan of var......any dose of test over 200mg/wk is gonna lower collagen synth by up to 80% from what i remember.....

300mg EQ EW will do you wonders man. I read somewhere that at that dose it will increase collagen synthesis by 3x.

so you'd say eq would make your joints feel great?

i've done deca once and my joints felt really great, so with eq would i be satisfied in helping me reduce injury?

Deca's good but EQ is better. Use at 600 mg EW for noticeable effect. I thought my left elbow & right shoulder were permanent hurts, but long term use of hGH + a cycle including EQ as above and the hurts have gone, ne'er to return.

I am going into week three of EQ 600mg, and whether it be placebo or the real thing, my joints are feeling better slowly but surely I have bad issues with shoulders.. And I am managing all exercises well raises use to give me trouble nothing today, even ripped some incline bench for the first time in months..

thats good to hear, any other things you've noticed during week three? I know vascularity is big one people have noticed, though is it noticeable for you? as well as any increased hunger i see people have mentioned a lot?

I am always vascular however seems like more small veins are popping up in my trapz, delts and pecs... It is crazy when I workout....

Appetite... I am not hungry all the time like I thought it would cause however I am like a bottomless pit when I do eat... I dont get full.... but contentment does last along time...

The best solutions for staying injurie free while lifting will be...

Flexability... thru religious streching, foam rolling etc

Optimal hydration... Tendons become brittle when you're dehydrated.

I seriously dought that any amount of EQ is gonna prevent injury to a tight, overworked, dehydrated tendon....
