Penn was supposed to fight sherk for the title but that obviously fell through, so yeah i would imagine it would be stevenson. Didnt hear about Ortiz and Hendo but that would be sick but i think rashad deserves a rematch before that fight

Personally i do not think it is gonna be the same fight this time with Franklin and Silva....let's face it guys, Silva is a twig, all Franklin needs to do is improve his defense in the clinch and use his size and strength to overwhelm Silva.

Anderson is gonna confirm that, yes, Franklin is still his bitch. There aren't that many fighters that well-rounded and smart in the ring. He picks his shots and doesn't go in wailing like half the brawlers in UFC. As for Shogun, it seems like some of the ol Pride guys are having a hard time coming over to UFC. But, that is also by far the best I have ever seen Griffin fight, he really stepped it up for that fight.

But this all just leaves one question.

When are they gonna quit ****in around a bring Emelianenko over to claim his belt?

Emelianenko will be fully signed to the ufc just after new years hes doing a sambo fight in Russia in late november then will be coming to the ufc and Dana White is giving him a title shot ASAP he announced it at a press confrence right after the last UFC

Silva will embarass Franklin again. I really like Franklin but he is as close to a paper champion as the UFC has seen, his record is impressive but really WHO has he beat worth mentioning in the last couple years?? A washed up Shamrock and Nate who gets more credit than he deserves because of who he trains with.

All though Silva is not always the crazy striker peeps make him out to be, a good percentage of his tilts have gone to decisions.

I believe Tim will take this, and he should. Vera has not beat any one worth mentioning either. He looked awesome against some real cans, will depend on how much he has improved since his last tilt I guess.

the problem is dana white doesn't allow his fighters to fight in other organizations and fedor still wants to fight on some other team...russian sambo or something else.
