Alright so i'm gonna try a cycle of AAS and see how it goes. I've been doing Olympic weightlifting for a year so it's mainly for strength. The main reason is that i weigh 72 kg and im supposed to be 85kg in 3 months so i need a cycle to help.
I'm male turning 17 in 3 months, I weigh 72kg, and I'm 5'11.
I think for my first cycle I'm gonna do..
First 12 wks.. Testosterone 500 mgs / week
then a week off for week 13
Week 14. Clomid 200mg/day
Week 15. Clomid 100mg/day
Week 16. Clomid 50mg/day
Week 17. Clomid 25mg/day
Week 18. Clomid 25mg/day.
If anyone has advice please give me some:) I've done a lot of research on AAS but theres a lot i dont know. I'm trying to keep the side effects ata minimum and i want to keep my body building natural test after the cycle.
please input!

don't ruin you're life now at you're age. You are expecting to go from 72kg to 85kg which is a 29lb increase. You definitely will not gain that with one cycle, let alone half of that will even be close to real muscle. Then more issues arise with you having to keep cycling constantly to achieve your goal which will knock your natural testosterone production down, if you say you want to "keep your testicles going" after cycle. You are only 158 pounds, you obviously don't have enough experience with diet and training because at your age your natural testosterone is so high that you'll see yourself explode if you give time and effort. Nor do you have much experience with setting up a cycle, because that pct is far too much clomid. You can naturally gain muscle to reach your goal, but just be patient. Knowing and doing are both completely different; just because you know how to do something doesn't mean it won't screw you up and then you'll end up crying because you regret what you did. avoid this and you'll thank you're self in the future for not being like every teen that just wants to get big without dealing with the consequences., because the truth it... they are harsh consequences for younger kids

man your only 17, dont touch aas untill you have some experianced training under your belt and have gotten past your adolesence, wait till your 22-23, dont take this as harsh and get defensive as many kids do, but seriously you can **** your shit up for the future especially since your still going through puberty
Can't/won't give advice to anyone under 18 for use of aas. this is just asking for trouble.....that dose of clomid...200mg a day for a week....yikes....

You have more than enough test in your body at 17 years old...all you need is hard training and lots of protein and healthy carbs... You can gain all that weight and more with the right diet bro.
The most important thing is for you to remain healthy...your body has not fully matured yet and taking AAS now can negatively effect you FOR LIFE.
No one here will help you put together a cycle at your age bro (and if they do, i will ban their ****ing ass!!). Sorry but it is just to dangerous and you simply do not need it AAS!! There are however, many very experienced people here that will help you attain your goals through hard training and proper diet.

I think that you will find that with your age 16+ that this is a moral issue as much as anything. Listen to what advice you get here, hard work and adjusting your diet at your young age should help you reach your goals. Just my two cents

Listen to these guys,im 44 years old and in the last few months ive learned more about building muscle (AAS or not) from the guys on this forum than i would of ever expected.Like they tell you spend the next few years learning how to lift and how to eat, after the gains you make from that ,if and when you decide to use AAS it will all come together and you will be where you want to be.I dont remeber who it was on another thread was reminding someone its Body BUILDING!!!
Good luck bro
dont let this thread discourage you
listen to these guys they know what there talking about
Peace

Ok, thank you all for the input. I didn't think anyone would even respond with any advice hah. I've decided that i won't do a cycle until i'm 20+, I want to have kids and I want to be able to produce test without the AAS.

Kids these days....lol. When I was 17 I hardly knew of AAS and the thought of it scared the hell out of me :p My advice is no different than everyone else on here. Train your ass off and eat everything in site, and you will reach whatever goals you want!

Yea I have a coach. He tells me to eat EVERYTHING, and I'm trying soo hard but my metabolism is soo high it's horrible. I eat easily 6,000 calories a day.. and i just CAN'T gain weight. I step on the scale and I want to cry haha, so I thought AAS was a solution but it's not worth the consequences!
start adding a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or flax oil to every meal.....
Olive oil should it.Some guy that pulled a sled to the north pole prepared by drinking an 8oz glass every day for months!
How serious are you about your squat OlyLymer?

Squat is my main excersise for strength. I'm at 125KGs now back squat and 105KG Front. I wanted to get this up by using AAS too but i won't be using it.

That`s pretty good man! Just keep at it, when your body ages your metabolism will slow down and you will begin to add more muslce. The strength you gain along the way is putting you in good position for future muscle gain. Besides most guys your age aren`t huge and ripped. And most guys don`t develop really good physiques until mid twenty`s. It`s a game of patience, and good things will come if you keep at it, just don`t give up my friend. Stay on this board and learn everything you can.

Nah, it is all about health too me...i know that lots teen do drugs and that is inevitable but AAS before the body is set and ready can cause all sorts of problems later in life. Moral issues aside...

It's not merely about the calories bro...you need quality calories...sure you can get 6000 empty calories from many shitty sources but it will not help you one bit.. When you have time, post up your current diet and we will help you tweak it to form a killer growth diet.

Thanks gustavo, sorry this reply took so long, i just didn't get a message from CBB.com when you replied:S
My diet is very boring and maybe too plain and simple?
It consists of: Breakfast, 4-6 large eggs, a 32oz glass of milk, and some honeynut cheerios.
In between Breakfast and lunch: Weightgainer 3 scoops= 1500 calories. (theres creatine and protein suppliments in it aswell.) But inbetween lunch and breakfast I only have 1.5 scoops with about 32 oz milk.
Lunch: Always different, i eat crap sometimes for lunch but I feel it doesn't matter because i always put on lean muscle(which i like) but I would like more.
Pre-workout meal: some fruit and the other 1.5 scoops of weightgainer w/32oz milk to make a daily dosage of 3 scoops.
Post workout meal: IsoWhey protein w/ water.
Diner: Like lunch, it's always different.
I'm at about 5-7%BF at all times and I would like to gain weight without going over 10%BF. Have any suggestions?

5-7 % at all times? Are you sure. Whats your source for those numbers.
and also, depending on what your lunch and dinner are, where are your source of fats in your diet? Sure theres fat in there, but by the looks of it not
enough
about the age thing though...ya..ill just stay outta this one haha
Chances are your not eating 6000cals a day. I have heard this story many times over and I can almost gaurentee that if you at that much you would put on some serious weight. These guys are right WAIT before you use AAS. I regret using when I was 18 but the past is the past. I'm just lucky, very lucky that I had no serious life altering things happen to me. Now its very hard for me to gain natural maybe it wouldn't be that way had I waited an extra few years.

I don't really know exactly my bodyfat percentage but i'm 5'11 160 pounds and i'm literally skin bone and muscles. I don't want to try and sound like I'm the most fit person in the world but I'm just naturally ripped and vascular, I have had a 6 pack sine i started to workout and have kept it without incorperating many abdominal exercises.
do you have any suggestions for foods with good fats/fatty acids?

you are right. some days, actually a lot. I fail my diet and don't have time to cook/eat 6k cals. Have any advice on food to raise cal intake?
And thanks a lot for the anecdote, if the experienced people on CBB.com(this website) didn't explain to me what I would have done by taking AAS at 17yrs of age I would have probobly taken it and been seriously ****ed haha.
Too young, you'll destroy yourself
