Depends!How much do you weigh,and how much can they actually suck out of you without killing you..
I prefer dieting,but thats just me:).I heard the fat comes back anyways.Maybe not at the same place,but somewhere else on the body.They say we are predisposed with a certain amount of fat cells.Unless you can diet to keep them to a minimum size,its useless to get lipo.This is what ive heard....

man I would NOT go near lypo if I was only 12% bf looking to go to 9%. No Doctor in their right might would perform that surgery.

I would only get lypo of you have cellulite. Otherwise, get on a cross trainer, a bike, and tweak the diet. If you are 12%, you can be 9% in a month

I cant believe you even consider this, Its for obese people, and I think its alot more painfull than getting on the treadmill. There is no easyway out, go to the gym.

lol thanks guys. it was just a question BC :D No big deal.
I'm gonna stop eating carbs after 5pm. Maybe do cardio 3 times a week in the a.m.
