Hope no one's that stupid haha.
Alright I got 3 bottles of this stuff it's about to expire my buddy gave them to me because he doesn't want them and he also has no idea how to use them.
My understanding of this is that it's simply creatine in pill form nothing special. What worries me is the crazy Fizogen garbage formulas it has written on the bottle. I've looked them up and no one has a freaking clue.
Should I take this "as creatine" since I need it anyways??
BTW does the strap really work!?! again kidding :)
