Currently my stats are:
218 pounds,
I'm about 15% bf
6'0 tall

Protein: 321.2
Fat: 147.4
Cals: 2777


Keto Diet Every day - One cheat meal once a week.

7:00 am
Meal 1- 4 omega eggs whole / 3 egg whites omelet with olive oil

10:30
Meal 2 - Ground Beef 2 cups

12:30
Meal 3 - Lean Protein 8oz Chicken grilled 1/3 cup cashews


Workout:
2pm-3 Mon,Tues -Wed Off- Thurs, Fri


3:30
Meal 4 - Protein Shake

7:00pm
Meal 5 - Red Meat / Green salad / vinaigrette

9:30pm
Meal 6 - Shake / + PB 4 omega eggs/4 egg white


10:30-11pm Bed time!!

Supplements Breakdown!!

-26mg Ephedrine HCL-200 Caffeine Taken three times in the day 6:30am, 2:30pm post workout, 5pm 100c, 16e.

Omega-3, 1000mg x3 a Day.
Multi Vitamin 2x a Day.
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) 3x a Day.
Saw Palmetto 3x a Day.
(Notice no creatine? I can't afford it, ya I know it sucks for me more typing this)
ZMA Before bed.


Goal: To put on Muscle, and use my fat as a source of energy. Using this diet I think I can put on muscle and burn fat like crazy especially on the ECA stack which is going great as is.

So in steps it would look like this:

1.) Burn fat, keep strength and muscle all the way down to 205-210.

3.) With the ECA stack out of my nutrition plan I will simply use the Keto diet and with the excess cals to gain muscle now, and get bigger.

4.) Reap the rewards of disciple, Post my before and after photo's so everyone can see what keto can do with disciple and hard work !!


You guys see anything missing, wanna add by all means!! Gimme a shout!

Start Date is: April 27, and running it for 20 weeks. We'll see how this keto stuff works out!

Good luck with it, seems like youre starting tmmrw.
Also how are you gonna be able to sleep at 11 with all that caffeine XD I cant manage to sleep before 1 and I do not drink any coffee or take any caffeine.

how much cardio do you plan on doing ?
and i wish i could get to the gym at 2pm im stuck at my desk ..
damm i hate mondays.....

Ya, I'm actually cutting it out lol. To be honest I'm going to bet with all this food I'm going to grow like a freak over the next few months.

I'll probably put on 10+ pounds of muscle. I don't have a problem putting the weight on or off I guess I'm lucky that way, my only setback with lifting is my organization and ever since I used a workout journal+ diet log I've been flying with the results :D

I'll update this probably everyday since my job is so boring...

I'm actually cooking my meals for the next few days as I'm typing this, if you guys got tips how to do it efficiently I'm all ears!!
