Hey guys and gals I am going to keep track of my pre contest diet and cycle on here but first I would like to get some more info on the cycle and diet to by asking some questions,
First off I`m going to use the dave palumbo diet. the question I have is with the once a week cheat meal. Is it ok to have a pizza or does he mean by cheat meal like a cup of rice with your lats meal?? Let me know what you guys have done who have used this diet?
Also I have never done a pre contest cycle before! I can pretty much use any steriod beside the old hair killers like winny and tren. Could you guys post examples of past pre contest cycles you have used?

your cheat meals can for sure include pizza bud, as for your pre contest id suggest a prop due to the less water retention, winni and tren are the cream for cutters, but if u dont want to use that then go with eq or mast, if u use eq then ull have to use some clen and make sure u watch your carb intake. some might suggest primo but i think its a waste of money. how far out are you?

Shows Oct 3rd so awhile just starting to plan ahead get everything ready so that it runs smothly
I`m think of this 10 week cycle
sust 500mg per week
tbol 1-6 weeks 50mg E.D
and I dont think I could diet on eq soo mast might be my choice.

height 6`2
weight 228lbs want to be 240lbs before cutting down for the show
B/F% I would say around 11%
This will be my first show

ok I think im going to do a little 8-10 week cycle look something like this
1-10 or 8 sust 500mg per week shot every other day
tren a last 5 weeks not sure on dosage first time user
winnie 50mg/ everyday last 6 weeks..
what should i add or take out??

you could add masteron and a fat burner and i would up the test depending on how big of a guy you are

Ya I was think of going 750mg a week but I find low test works better for me... Thanks

If I was helping you and found out you were seeking help elsewhere I'd drop your ass.

You either trust him or youu don't and if you don't then don't seek their guidance and if you do then follow what they are telling you.

Pizza is not the best choice for the cheat meal because of the fat content. The meal should be predominanly carbohydrates to refill glycogen stores for the week as well as increase T4 to T3 conversion. Pizza has too much fat and will fill you up very quickly thus making impossible to get enough carbs. You want your carb intake close to 500g.
Precontest cycles should be simple and easy...test cypionate 500-1000mg weekly depending on your cycle experience and 400mg EQ or Deca the first 8 weeks followed by test enanthate 500-1000mg weekly plus tren 100mg EOD. You can add winny or masteron the last 4-6 weeks. As long as you are running an AI such as aromasin there is no need to run prop...your blood levels will also be more stable on a longer ester.
HGH is an option if affordable 3-4iu ED is sufficient.

Just because its a different ester and i like to change things up...technically you can run test E all 16 weeks....I have.

can't you trust him while still gathering other advice to make educated decisions. isn't that what we are all here for?

even if your paying a trainer its still worthwhile to keep an open mind, int it?

ummmm no. Everyone has a differing opinion and there are lots of ways to skin a cat. IF Varking is simply looking for cycle advice then there is little harm in different opinions but anyone who has someone help them that is providing dieting guidance should be followed strictly. You either trust his experience and knowledge or you don't.

When it comes to diet... someone may have setup the nutritional plan in a specific manner and soliciting advice on said plan and even worse, making changed based on that could land you in trouble as it goes of course from the person who setup your plan.

Great post I am only looking for cycle advice on here not diet i know how we are going to do that we are game on now i need a nice cycle to run i am coming off for june and july and will start up in aug right into oct 3

I think if you hear/read something interesting that you personally believe makes sense. There is no harm in asking your trainer about it. He may have some really good insight to why something would/would not work or benefit you. However, i believe its all in the way you approach it.....if you present it to your coach in a method that sounds like your challenging his knowledge or route then yes, he will prob tell you to go **** yourself. but if you ask in a way where you appear as the student and he the teacher(guru) then im sure hed be happy to explain his opinion to you on the particular subject.

Great post I am only looking for cycle advice on here not diet i know how we are going to do that we are game on now i need a nice cycle to run i am coming off for june and july and will start up in aug right into oct 3
what Praetorian laid out is perfect.

KISS method applies here. If you are needing to throw a lot of compounds into the mix to get the job done then you are not dieting correctly. Excessive compounds during prep is merely a way for people to make-up for a shitty diet plan or worse... constant cheating on the diet.

I'm not for hire lol

I hire others for my own prep so *I* don't have to think about it. I just follow the plan, get to the gym, try to sleep and shit comes together :)

Could I do it? Yes, but I like not having to second guess myself.
