Hey yall, just needs some help putting together a cycle for me, i am currently in dilema to go long 12-16 week cycle vs a short 8 weeker. I want to keep the sides very low, especially with hair loss and acne. I ran tren A a while back last year had minor shedding first week then it subsided, so i might run it again. i want to put about 10lbs quality while dropping my bodyfat about 2-5%. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. my stats are below. I also showing some sample cycles that i might consider... i want to maximize the effects for this cycle for lean mass. I dun think i can afford HGH or IGF this time though.
short cycle-8 week
prop 100 ed Tren A 50-75 ed
long cycle 12-16weeks
prop 75 ed Eq 600mg ew
i also have some insulin on hand might use it... never used it before, have been researching it for 3 years and just bought it like 4 months ago. Humalin R.
diet; 50/30/20 protien, carb, fat
days 1 - 5 weights and 30 minute cardio eod
day 6 is cardio
day 7 rest
training seriously since 18, sauced from 25

6ft 200lbs 14% bf 4 cycles underbelt including var only cycle just finished.
27 turning 28.
