If he is only spending 200$ a week on groceries he is a careful shopper.
Throw some nice organic tenderloin, bison or elk sirloin and free range chicken breast into the mix and you too can easily break that number without trying.

no one who actually eats large quantities of food like he does would ever buy organic. it's not cost effective.
