Hi there started keto diet Wednesday...following is what I ate.

Wednesday.
Isoprotein shake mixed with water 8am
protein bar 10:30
lunch chicken breast
afternoon snack couple scoops of peanut butter
Dinner chicken breast
Snack...a few almonds
6 glasses of water

Thursday:
protein shake
peanut butter
chicken kiev
protein bar
chicken breast and glass of skim milk
peanut butter and almonds
7 glasses of water

Also both days drank 1 litre of detoxifying green tea.

Friday morning test the urine and not in ketosis.....I ask why? Not eating enough fats? Did the milk through it off? I know its probably not enough food but I fill up quickly and can't eat more in a sitting.

Both days 1hr of cardio done in morning followed by 1/2 of weights.

Also, other than water what can I drink? Diet pop ok??

Thanks

The protein bars, the milk and the general lack of knowledge and direction ****ed it up for you.

The palumbo diet is ****ing idiot proof. The mentally disabled 8 year olds at the local down syndrome clinic could easily stick to it. Just follow that.

+1

to the OP, you clearly need to do more research. use Palumbo's template, the diet you have posted is retarded

well a real palumbo diet would be from Dave himself otherwise it's not technically a Palumbo diet... it's your diet.
