Today I switched to dextrose from a wine maker, and was using waxy maize previously.

$6.00 for 2.2kg so about $50 dollars less and it seems to balance the insulin better. I didnt feel hypo at all. I took 50g with 10iu

Waxy Maize and carb supps seem to be a money grab... I bought Dextrose at the bulk barn for like $1.85 for like a kilo... I use it postworkout in my shake use about 40g...

I havent used insulin yet but it may kick in this cycle

ohh shit theres a bulk barn by my house! THANX!!!
Im cutting now :'-( so thats means lower carbs and then not bulking till sept but when i do this would save my poor ass some money!!
