Anyone ever tried to cut every second week? On cycle of course. What's your feedback on that technique?

Always told, "no, no.. you can't... one or the other...".... mostly true... unless your bf has gotten into high teens... then, I FEEL, ya... kinda... others will call it "body recomposition", but ya i think you can with the right diet, training, and supplementation... it'll just take longer, and results won't be as dramatic one way or the other... but by the end of a 16-20 week cycle like this, i think you could end up in a lot better shape than just doing one or the other (if you're beginning in the high 'teens bf)
Idk... not as experienced as many others here... but have studied for a long time, and through my own experiences i find this to be true... just don't look for gains/losses to be as big (although they may look more dramatic with the overall recomp... weight may be around the same as start)
