I was not kidding when I said he was in the potato chip commercial... it started off with some kid holding on to the chip and they showed a massive forearm coming into the frame and grabbing on to the chip like a tug of war... then they panned out and it was Scott Milne, they only showed his face for 2-3 seconds... but I knew right away who it was... I used to train at Extreme in Pickering and saw him there... he's really a monster... most of the pros are pretty short with short limbs that make them look huge on stage and in the mags, but when you stand next to a guy who is only 5'6" they don't look too impressive... Scott on the other hand looked like a cartoon character when I met him... I have pretty big bi's (~20") and I think his forearms are bigger than my bi's!!!
I heard he was doing construction work after getting out of prison... it looks like he hooked up with some kind of agency and they did not do a background check on him :)

Various drug seized in undercover gym probe
Updated: Thu Mar. 29 2007 7:22:15 PM

A two-month undercover police sting at a Pickering fitness club has led to a number of charges and the seizure of more than $90,000 worth of steroids, cocaine, narcotic painkillers and the date rape drug.
Among those charged is 32-year-old Robert Scott Milne, of Ajax, who is a nutritionist at the Extreme Fitness club on Pickering Way.
Durham police said they received information last month about illegal steroids being sold to club members.
After an investigation, the drug enforcement unit found other drugs were being sold, including Percocet and GHB, the date rape drug.
Officers executed three search warrants in Bowmanville and Ajax, which also netted almost $5,000 in cash.
Police would not say if the steroids or narcotics had been offered for sale inside the gym, but say management or the club was never under investigation.
The facility's manager told CTV News he was unaware police officers were attending his gym for two months.
The three others charged are Jason Pineau, 22, Patrick Yoshida, 22, and Austen Drysdale, 20.
Milne also faces various extortion charges.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Gang Enforcement Unit or Drug Enforcement Unit at 905 579-1520 ext. 5803. Anonymous tips can be made to Durham Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

My name is Scott Milne and I was born the youngest of five, on Nov 9th, 1974. I grew up just outside London, Ontario, on an apple farm, hence they call me the farm boy (title of Muscle Mag's first article on me).
I have always been into sports competitively and did my first bodybuilding show when I was turning 21, in Toronto, 1996. I won the heavy weights and overalls at that show, and my level two (1997) and level three (in London Ont. in 1999) shows consecutively. I did my first Canadians in 1999 and did not place very high, 8th in a class off 27. After this placing I was very disappointed and decided I needed the help of a good supplement company.
In 2000, I made contact with Jim McMahon, the president and founder of PVL Nutrients Ltd. I was introduced to Jim through a good friend of mine, Stephanie Worsfold (I had known Steph for about 5 years at that point, and she had recently started working for PVL). After meeting and talking with Jim, PVL decided we were a good match and began sponsoring me.
That year in 2001 I came back to the Canada's and placed 2nd. I had dramatically improved my size (I believe as a direct result of PVL products). I was using Testo Xtra, Glutamine, Hard Mass Pro 60 and Iso Maxx.
The next year (2002), PVL helped to promote me across Canada and the US, as Canada's largest bodybuilder. I was in magazines, went to the Olympia and the Arnold Classic, and was excited about my career in the bodybuilding business. I worked very close with Jim and PVL on my trek to the Canadian's once again, and that year I won, earning my Pro card.
In 2003, I was training to get ready for my first pro show (The N.O.C.) when I was in a near fatal car accident, just one week out from the show. I was on my way home from a tan and it was raining out. My truck hydroplaned and I ended up flipping it and landing in a field. I broke my neck in 3 spots, punctured a lung, lacerated my kidney, my liver, and my spleen. The doctors could not control the bleeding from my spleen. I was in the hospital for about 3 weeks. After that, I was on strict bed rest for another 3-6 months. I started back at the gym about 6 months after the accident just doing light weights and stretching. I had my parents bring in my protein shakes to the hospital as soon as I was able to start eating, and the doctor's believe that was why I recovered much faster than was expected.
I was able to compete this year (2004) at the Toronto Pro Invitational, and despite the trying year that I had, on stage I was absolutely in the best condition I have ever been in (I was a few pounds lighter because I was not able to train for 8 months after my accident). I was very happy with my conditioning and again used PVL products right up until the show.
Moving forward, I am very excited about furthering my career as a pro by continuing to train and compete. I am also excited and proud to be working with such great people in this industry. I plan on competing again next year in the Toronto's and the NOC's and maybe the G.N.C show of strength.
