Thanks for the replies, guys. I was just curious as to how i would go about entering, certainly not to set any records, but to compete anyway, and also I need to know if and where there would be any actual powerlifting clubs in alberta.
I want to contact someone that can train me on my form also, in all lifts.

Alberta powerlifting union woudl be your CPU affilated PL fed. All applications should be on that page.

Powerlifting watch is usually the best place to find meet info/results etc. Or you could just call up your alberta affiliate.

Are you planning on competing raw or equipped?

keep in mind the CPU is a tested fed... even for recs like marijuana... and if you're taking aas, just find a non tested fed to compete in... being on, and competing in tested feds is a low move...

Not saying that you're on or not... just wanted to throw it out there for you.

I'm not sure of the CPO's presence in Alberta... but they're non tested.

I would be competing raw yes, as I wouldnt now how to use the gear anyway, also I would be competeing naturally as I would be severely ass squashed going against any "supplemented" dudes. as it stands i hurt my shoulder, and am nursing this injury, I was hoping to be benching 250
(I know, Yipee!) by june but now i will be set back, a few months, my bench sucks bad but my squat and deadlift are allright.
