Hey friends,
I have been meaning to register here for awhile now, after reading many of the great threads on here. I just moved to BC from the east coast and more determined than ever to hit the stage soon. Quick bio on myself:
5'10, 24 yrs old, 195 lbs, 7% BF, lifting for 5 years.
325 Bench
505 Dead
425 Squat
