Is this stuff any good or worthwhile to take while dieting? Any noticable effects from it? What kind of dosages should I be messing with? Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

I take one a day with one of my meal.
I take it cause im on the anabolic diet and,you wont get any energy out of it.

^^Really? I take green tea capsules pre-workout occasionally and I feel like I do get energy from it.

bah,ive played alot with eca and stimulant in the past so,it takes alot for me to notice it,hopefully,with my 'now in progress' month of EC, it should be more effective.

i dotn get energy, but it helps with fat lsos
i take 2 grams of 50 % ecgc a day though

ecg is great, take 2 in the am, 2 in the pm, keeps the metabolizm nice and revved up

i can my clients drink it throughout the day the last 4 weeks before a show.
brew up 2 bags the night before in 3liters of water and split it up and drink throught the day

its relatively cheap, i suppose i might as well try a bottle out
