Hey, I have a question for everyone.

How would the use of 5iu-10 iu of insulin PWO, with moderate carb/high protein shake after training effect fat loss ?

Also, If somone was on 15weeks of Test E 500mg-750mg and 8 weeks of Tren A 100mg EOD

When calories are restircted or cadio is increased...

Would this help overtaining and keeping muscle catabolism at bay?

Insulin will almost always affect adipose tissue in a negative manner. Cycle the insulin and burn the fat off with cardio.

Also, make sure your insulin affected meals contain no fat.

Insulin shuts off the bodies fat burning state, instantly....You can take a wee bit in the am upon rising like 3 ius or so to keep you a bit more anabolic while dieting...i wouldnt take it post cardio though, as i said it shuts down fat burning quick, you want to keep the fat burning going post cardio and dont eat to many carbs or the same thing happens via natural insulin secretion..

First off,I wouldnt use insulin while cutting.I dont see the point. All it will do is desensitize your cells and when you get back on to a bulker you will put fat on a lot quicker. And like someone said above, never eat any fats with your insulin..at least 3 hours after injecting and after at least 2 meals.

Save it for bulking bro!Thats what it was intended for in the bodybuilding world!

no cell desensitizing......it wont affect you when you go back on, and is used successfully by many bodybuilders for contest....

How many people do you know who have used insulin succesfully for contest purposes?I think there are 2 or 3 bodybuilders that venture that route and even when they do..its because they know their body veryyyyyyyyyy well and dont use much of it and dont do it very long. They may do a test or two..then use it to carbload. But again, many have tried and all it did was result in spilling.

And yes,if you use insulin long enough, you will desensitize your cells.Thats why you should never go more than 4 weeks on.Just ask the people who developed diabites.

Have you ever noticed that coming back from a cut,you get what you call the rebound affect where you pack on muslce big time? This from not spiking insulin during your cut and getting your cells sensitized. Therefore once you reintroduce spikes in your bulker, you gain rather quickly

nope and nope...and i didnt know anyone knew all bodybuilders...lol...you have no clue what some bodybuilders do, nor do i, nor does anyone...i know what i do and what ive been advised to do, by knowledgeable individuals...
Slin use doesnt cause diabetes either....abuse could, possibly, but use doesnt even at many months on...
sorry to break it to you...lol

Hey ironwill,i think you're a member at ProMuscle right? So am I..and reading from all the guys(many pros..many who are not but know many many bodybuilders on a national level) overthere insulin is not used often...or at least not very succesfully.Ive heard of a few who use it to get into Ketosis but thats it.And yes a guy like MILOS does have a broad understanding on how to use insulin on a cut but he is one of the rare trainers who have mastered it.

And yes diabites comes with abuse .What i have should of said from the start is IT TAKES TIME TO MASTER insulin use on a cut whereby one can carbload and use it to their advantage without spilling and gaining fat.Furthermore,it should be used in minimul amounts as to not affect your next bulker especially if on that bulker you dont eat extremely clean

If you are at PM, would you say Hernon is an experienced guy?...Im not going to post what he has asked me to do for prep etc, but you may be surprised....
Totally not trying to be a dick, but i think you are a bit off in your assumptions....
where have you seen mild use of slin causes diabetes??
I know there is a couple of trainers on here and i know that some use slin right up to contest time pretty much..
Anyway, im not here to stir the pot, but i think we should be aware it is being used, and is NOT a safe supplement, but has many safe uses outside of just building mass...
And doesnt cause diabetes...
last time ill say it...otherwise im just..:beat

Your body doesnt adapt to Exo slin, meaning 6iu will always be and work as 6iu.

I am taking 10iu PWO, and I will admit, that after taking a week off, my first 10iu shot kicked my ass a bit. But the next day everything was all back to normal.
