Not sure who all has seen it.. its basically Milos Scarcev tellin Dennis Wolf what to do...

Anyways a routine like that is it only great pre contest to get the muscles really full of blood and shed water or would they have been using it to bulk as well?

It was pretty boring I thought and was expecting more. Its more of a Milos Training video than a Denis Wolf video. You can prolly search youtube for "giant sets" and find them all there.

im seeding it but its on my laptop so i dont have it on that much...

once you guys get a chance to take a look let me know what you guys think about that training style.. (perhaps there is already a name for it and i'm just not familiar with it)

I've watched it. I think it's a waste of time. Wrong stimulus for bodybuilding. I guess it would work decent for someone running AAS looking to burn some extra calories. Looks more like something suited to muscular endurance events. Maybe MMA or something.

okay so that would make sense to me.. a completely different routine used as contest prep and not for building size

a little off topic but if you're thinking about buying it, Dennis Wolfs training dvd is boring, don't buy it
