just curious if my routine is a bit much.....
multi vitamin in the morning.
pre-workout : 5mg creatine, 25 g of whey protein, naNO vapor
post-workout : 5mg creatine, L-Glutamine, 25g of whey protein
bedtime : Testosterone booster.
does that sound good, too much, too little?
im currently 230 lbs, 2-3 weeks ago I was around 215 lbs..im guessing something is working?

don't even know what N)-Vapor is i only use EC that's it for pre-workout every since I've used it :D
If you could change one thing, it would be to not drink the Protein powder before you get into the gym, because your blood would be going to the stomach. As a result you'd have less blood in the muscles your consequently trying to engorge with blood to lift the iron.
I used to drink protein though my workouts also, and soon as I switched it with just a simple carb powder+water mix I have had fantastic results :D Huge pumps bigger lifts basically ;)
Hope that helps you out :)
(As a side note) - Why, "do you think" that's to much supplementation?

I would take a low carb protein before bed too. But it looks ok. Maybe no shake right before the gym but an hour to 2 before should be good.
I'd double up those protein levels Bro. Particularly post-workout.

I dunno :( anything that is more than just water? :P
I hate walking into a GNC or other local supplement store...theres just SO much crap, and I get confused so easily! I figure stick to the basics with protein some creatine and vitamins not to over complicate things...reading the ingredients on most of the other supplements is just ridiculous.. I saw some "Armageddon pre workout" crap for 60 bucks in a little container, reading the ingredients I had a chuckle...basically just some vitamins and glutamine powder.... thank god for you guys! :D

Thanks guys! :D love this forum.

drink some bcaa w/glutamine while working out
like he said..double up that protein post workout and drink some more bcaa/glutamine before bed or in the hour before bed.
why do you take creatine pre-workout?

My sups look like..
On, WHEY -very good brand using it for a good 3+ years now, and if i have the cash Syntha 6 by BSN.
Omega 3
Multivitamin
ZMA
E/C stack,
Saw Palmetto
Hawthorn Berry
Alpha Lipoic Acid
(Creatine...But I ran out lol )
that's my crazy supplement plan!! you won't see me taking anything outlandish ever on these boards, I think maybe the only stuff I would try is a pre workout drink but, in my experience and from the gains i've seen on people I can't conclusively say that they got gains from just taking a pre workout drink like....
