Hey, quick question!
Im using a cheaper "no-name" type multi vitamin. Compared with, say, GNC's multivitamin, am I losing out on necessary minerals/vitamins and their amounts?
I have read the label on the one I am using, most of the vits are at the same quantity, but some, such as vitamin K for ,example, aren't there.
Should I buy some more quality grade vitamins? or will this stuff do...just don't wanna waste my time!
Exmaple of vits in my bottle : Vitamin A 5000 IU, Vitamin D3 400IU, Vitamine B1 1.5mg, etc... It has Iron, calcium and copper listed as well..
p.s. - the label reads "Take one per day and do not exceed", yet on other mutli-vits (GNC) it reads "Take 2-3 per day" and they do seem to have more potency?
anyways, thanks!
