Hello all,
I am new to working out and this site so please be understanding if there is anything problematic or stupid in my thread :P. Anyways after a bit of reading and research I have put together a list of supplements I plan on taking. I just need some feedback on this about how I should mix them, or if I should be mixing them at all. Also if I would need to wait a time frame between taking these.

(I just want to gain some muscle mass and cut fat, nothing too intense, I am not body building and going to shows or anything please keep this in mind while reading, thanks :))

VITAMINS
Living Multi Optimal Men's Formula

WHEY PROTEIN
AST VP2
six star muscle professional strength whey protein

CREATINE
QSE Dual Stage Creatin

GLUTAMINE
Tri-Glutamine Complex

PWO:
3g Creatine
30g Whey Protein
5g Glutamine

Sorry, I have changed my supplement list.

My questions is if there is a specific amount of liquid base I need to mix these ingredients with? Also if there are any better brands I should be using instead or even if there is an alternate supplement I should be using instead of the one I listed please tell me as it would be much appreciated :). Thank you for taking youre time and reading :D.

Other Info:
Height: 5'10
Weight: 90kg ;_;
Training Goal: Lose fat(weight isnt really the term), gain muscle no hardcore stuff really.
Eating Habits: I eat aloooot, but seeing that I do not gain weight (I have been 90kg for a while...) I think I am ok, I will cut down but I think it is around a 3000-4000 calorie diet atm.
As listed before I work out 3-5 times a week.

If you're trying to lose fat you might want to look at the Palumbo diet here:

It's likely you should mix your protein with water. 50 grams protein in 500 mls water, though you can experiment with liquid levels to taste. I tend to prefer whey isolate, mixes better, and is said to be more bio-available. AST is pure isolate, while Six Star is an isolate/concentrate mix. In regard to your other supps, I would switch the levels of creatine/glutamine. I've found creatine to be far more effective than glutamine. In fact, I'd probably drop the glutamine all together.

If you' re just starting out, try to keep things simple and manageable. Don't get caught up in supplement overload. Consistently eating clean will provide more results than you can imagine. Good luck! :yeah

I agree with PdH bro. Keep it simple.
All you really need to start off with is a good whey protein powder, possibly a multi vitamin.
I would save the creatine for maybe six months down the road if you are new to working out. Let your body "naturally" become accustomed to the new stress you are putting on it.
Don't worry bro, with a good diet and hard training you are going to grow.
