So on my 4th vial, and 1.5 hours of cursing at the .22 filter for taking so damn long I filled it up half way and had to go to work. When I returned back the 4th vial a cloudy white/yellow colour and the rest of the Test enan in the closed beaker was the same colour. The other 3 previous vials had remained clear yellow like Im used to.

Theres no way Im putting that near me so Im going to refilter it again with a new filter but Im wondering what happened to it?

on a seperate note whats the life expectancy of .22 filters?? 20ml? 40ml? 60ml?

Thanks.

Thanks. All depends, some filters can do 6 vials, and some (depending on raw quality) can barely do one.
Absolute no reason to used a 22um, 45 is totally 100% fine never had a problems when i made a cycle for me , in 20 yrs. Who knows what could be, since you left so long, might be all the shit just had time to go in.. or who knows.. I'd just get another vial and filter and just heat fluid and then redo.. i know pain , but at least you know safe and really if you have new vial, and new filter (.44) then at least it should move fairly fast. just have patients, even if you use a .22.. but 45um is more then fine, just read up and you'll see, it common or?? the vial had hot fluid and then when cold, condensation , made all cloudy... i find loll, cloudy gear equals lots of china... just heat till clear, and then re pour I'm sure will be fine if firsts were...or worst case add bit extra bb/ba/ depends what kind of cloud. some cloud is a mist, and all you do is let sit and will fall to bottom, and other cloud is separating... can be sooo many things. I'd think your filter plugged and just needs to be replaced... especially .22.. ugg what a headache

next time im definetly using a .45

The liquid is 100% opaque.

As you mentioned the liquid was previously very warm and the room I left it in is somewhat cold. I imagine molecular changed while cooling down and has changed to this appearence.

Im going to take your advice and refilter and revial it and add a tad of BB and BA.

once again .45 for oil,

but honestly a filter is dependent on what you use.

if you are using prefiltered GSO, and your powder is relitivly clean i would say a filter is good for 50-100ml

but if you are making it from pellets, then you might go through a filter in 20mls

and with what you have dont throw out, warm it up again, then filter and see if it helps

oh yea one more thing it seems as filtering is a pain in the ass for you, not sure how you are doing it but im guessing syringe filter?

if this is the case, then use a 60ml syringe, and a caulking gun, the first time i filtered i did 40ml in a syringe by hand, with a .2 it sucked ass

I just re-filter my stuff when it was cloudy, and comes out fine.I will stay with a .45 watman filter,as the .22 are so slow.
