Ok, so get this, I don't typically drink energy drinks like RockStar, but I got a free one (no sugar) and I thought today I would mix it with some SuperPump 250 and some BCAA powder and a scoop of whey.... so I put it all together and then let the Bullet blender rip...well long story short when I opened the blender cup it EXPODED! Anyway felt pretty dumb not knowing the Rockstar must have been a bit carbonated or something...didn't matter had kick ass shoulder workout anyway.
