im on my first cycle im currently at 185 with 13% body fat. i jsut started this week on 500mg test e week 1-10 and dbol for 1-4 at 30mg ED. so originally i planned on running the test e for 10 weeks and dbol for the first 4 weeks. but could i extend the test to 15 weeks and add an extra compound in my mix at week 10-15 to help me cut down while still adding a lil mass. then run pct after that? any advice tips lmk!! thanks

just stick with test and if you want run it 15 weeks instead of 10
I can never understand the "cut down while adding mass" thing your either doing one or the other. To get big and add mass you must eat big and train hard and heavy. To cut down you must follow a clean diet and implement some cardio usually. Hope that helps ya.

yeah i plan on eating big and training hard but im gonna gain a bunch of fat from it. and i know cutting too early after cycle is dumb cause i will lose most of my gains, thats why i was thinking extending it and cutting down a little before i go to pct (of course while on pct i would go back to eating big again) im seeing what options are out there if any.

Like Huston said you can only do 1 thing at a time, trying to cut at the end of a bulking cycle is why so many people complain about losing what they gained. Too many people have training ADD and don't seem to understand that consistency is the key.
Also if you are training hard and eating right you should be gaining lean mass; not fat. If your gaining fat its because your training lacks intensity and your diet sucks, don't expect the AAS to do all the work you still have to lift the weights and practice some self control at the dinner table or your result will be lacking.
I think your best bet is to decide what your really want and then commit fully to achieving those results, hopefully this helps.

Do not try to cut at the end of a cycle thats how people loose alot!
You could do something like this though
1-15 Test
11-16 Proviron 50mg/ed
11-15 Aromasin 25mg/ed
This should prove to add some more gains, lower conversion to estro, and lower sgbh so you have more free test
