HCG in PCT if you included it throughout the cycle?

Is there a need to run HCG in PCT if you've run it throughout the cycle? Should i include it for good measure?

NO! It will hinder your recovery. Stop HCG 4-5 days before you start pct drugs.

what would be considered a decent level to run throughout the cycle?
Only running 500mg test E/week. 500-600iu / week sound about right?
