Last week I made some hamburgers on the BBQ and just cooked up 3 days worth of chicken. Man that meat looks so good, all pilled up on a big plate. The color and lines is so appetizing! Anyone else BBQ`ing here? Gonna get some nice steaks next week.

I think ive had BBQ every day since the snow melted, easily the best tasting way to cook about any kind of meat. Actually grilling some pork ribs right now to eat before I hit the gym.

I BBQ year round. I'm out some days at 5:00 AM in my snowboots and house coat burnin' up chicken for my lunches. Sometimes my clients pay me in beef as we Cargill just outside of town.

I always say if the good Lord didn't want us to eat animals he wouldn't have made them out of MEAT!!

Oh Buddy! I just busted out the BBQ about a week ago. Havent stopped since. Burgers, Steaks, Chicken. I also bbq potatos, asparagus, and veggies. Just wrap them in tin foil, add some olive oil to the bottom, place your veggie of choice in there, sprinkle in some garlic power, lemon juice and i use roasted garlic cloves. BEST VEGGIES EVER. I am the BBQ master

I marinade ribs in a dry rub overnight

1c chili powder
1/3c paprika
hot pepper flakes to taste
fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp keens dry mustard

rub on ribs and let sit over night in sealed container, braise ribs to seal in juices, then wrap in foil and slow cook till finished. Eat as is or brush on bbq sauce.

So jealous! I really don't think anything tastes better than Moose, maybe it has something to do with eating 'real' meat instead of the crap from the store but it is just sooooo much better than beef.

not to make you jealous, but I am doing moose steaks for lunch because someone had to say the magic word. I also have 3/4 of a bambi left in the freezer.
